We have just had Doug from East Coast Appliances visit our home to repair our 20 year old Smeg cooker. A failed oven control switch prevented the fan oven operating.
An outstanding service, Doug found the problem, sourced a replacement part and on his return visit fitted the new component, tested the oven and returned our cooker to full service. Absolutely terrific professional work. A fully assured recommendation.
No fuss, trusted and very reasonable costs too.

I have used East Coast Appliance before years ago and Doug was amazing. That’s why when my oven packed i contacted them again . Fast efficient service and my oven was fixed in no time . Tyler came this time to fix my appliance and very helpful and would recommend Tyler or Doug any day of the week. If you need anything fixed by a trusted company this is the one to use .

Excellent service, came out when agreed within the time and kept me updated. Was honest about the washing machine state of unrepair and helpful to finding a fitted replacement.

We have had East Coast Appliances out a few times to mend our Neff hide and slide cooker and also our Neff dishwasher. On all occasions East Coast have been great setting up appointments and have arrived on time with notice. We had the pleasure of working with Doug from East Coast Appliances this week. He replaced our cooker. Doug did a fantastic job, tackling some unexpected hurdles with ease. He was professional, friendly, did an excellent job and was very competitive on price. We'll certainly be using Doug for all our electrical needs in the future.

Had Douglas out today to repair an oven. He was extremely helpful and took no time to repair the problem. Took time to explain the problem and what he was doing the whole time he was here. Was a pleasure to talk to and felt extremely satisfied with the service.

Great service from star to finish, he arrived on time, was really pleasant and easy to deal with and fixed our range cooker quickly by replacing 3 elements. Everything is working perfectly again. He also took our old parts away, which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Sorted the oven seal problem on the first visit. Unfortunately the seal cracked a further two times. But they continued to source a better seal and fixed it at no extra cost.
Thank you for your perseverance , keeping me informed and so far, it’s mended !
