In store was ok

In store was ok. The laundry center we purchased has needed 2 service casks in the 2 months we've owned it. In both calls the unit was trouble shot without ever opening or testing anything. Speaking with customer service on the phone about a 3rd party eastcoast sent that we were unhappy with, they somehow blamed my wife for eastcoast not sending a service tech.

If i could go back and pick any other company to shop from i would. The warranty they sold us isn't even through eastcoast, it's through GE, w which feels misleading. Eastcoast can't service the unit without voiding our warranty

I bought a fridge in Nov of 2024

I bought a fridge in Nov of 2024. I have had them out to repair it twice for the same thing, not staying cold as it should. Now it is failing again for the EXACT same problem but my 1 year warranty is up and it is my problem. They NEVER fixed the original program. Stay away from them. Google their ratings, they don’t stand behind their products. Consumer beware

Delivered Wrong refrigerator delivered that was full of dentsWe bought the Samsung Bespoke…

We bought the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator in white from their Midlothian, VA store. They delivered a stainless steel model that was full of dents and 2 big gauges in the back.

I was out during delivery, and my husband did not know to refuse the refrigerator, Nor the delivery man advised him to do so. By the time I got home, they had taken our refrigerator and left us with the wrong one.

I called the store immediately, and Logan told me that we should have refused it, And he couldn’t do anything, and the model number was the one we ordered. He would not believe me or try to fix this mess.

He Argued with me and let out a big sigh, like I was bugging him. He called the sales woman and put me on hold. She said that’s what we bought. What is going on in this place?

Logan said I should’ve known the model number. They must’ve put the wrong one on the ticket.Who knows the model number of any appliance might possibly buy at East Coast appliance? Nobody.

After about 40 minutes on the phone and a visit to the Midlothian store, he Determined that I was right. He never apologized, but the sales woman called my husband and apologized.

When the delivery men saw took the dented frig, they said it must have been from the scratch and dent section. After explaining what happened, they said on behalf of East Coast appliance, they were sorry and this was not their level of customer service. We have shopped there before, but never again. BUYER BEWARE this location. Am using the date the correct refrigerator was delivered.

I bought a stackable washer and dryer…

I bought a stackable washer and dryer unit for my condo, and they delivered it a week later. The price was a little high ant 1700 some dollars. However, the delivery people refused to take away my old unit and just left it outside without telling me. So, imagine my surprise when I walk outside and see my old unit sitting there in the street, almost in the middle. Didn't even bother to tell me they didn't take it. I called the store, and the delivery people said it had bug doo on it. I looked and the only thing I saw on the back was caked dryer lent, which would naturally be there for a unit that has been in use for 20 years. I would have been happy to wipe down the back if they had simply asked. Apparently, the movers are trained entomologists and can determine wet old lent from bug feces, perhaps a necessary skill? Anyway, do not use this company or its installers/deliver drivers. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! they are priced high and do not do a complete job.
Oh, to top it all off, the washer rattled so bad they have to come out and repair it! So, it doesn't even work!
