used to be a good company but service has gone downhill badly + product quality
Very poor customer service. Extremely rude over the phone. Avoid at all costs.
No contact number and their email address on order confirmation and website bounces back. Turns out they seem to just direct their orders to Macro Packaging. I had an issue with an autofilled incorrect postcode on an order, the courier just sent the parcel straight from the depot back to the sender, no one from Easipack or Macro notified us it had been returned in the 3 weeks they had it. We had to call Macro to get it resent out after hearing nothing and wondering where our delivery went.
I guess overall the company has low reviews because who goes out of their way to give a box company a good review....
Well I have decided to break that trend. They shipped exactly what was described at a good price. Would recommend!

I've ordered boxes for my brewery from Easipack twice in the last six months.
So far I've been delighted with both their service & product quality. Long may it continue!
The negative comments on this site worry me, but I can only speak as I find & I'll not hesitate to order from them again.
Order from this company several times and never had issues. But last time i order 25 small parcel boxes. I messaged them to say i had only recieved 21 and asked if another 4 could be sent out. They did explian that i would need to return full order for replacement to be sent out. As i needed the ones i had recieved i made decision to keep the 21 as returning would have had a knock on effect for me sending out items. I then tried to purchase mire bixes about one month later to find they had blocked me from making any purchases. When contacted they replied
"Thank you for your email. There were issues with the last order. We have no wish to offend and feel best if we do not supply. Thank you

Beware if you are ever going to make them aware they havent sent the right amount. You may get blocked from future purchases. Very poor customer service
Contacted this company for a sample of a mailer (costing 30p) as we need to change supplier and will be buying several thousand a year. They wanted £6 to post me one! Never heard anything like it... don't you want to get any new customers???
Non existent customer service.
Boxes aren’t true to the sizes they claim to be.
Bought 12 x 9 x 6 boxes and the height is nearly 6.5 inches. They claim to be Royal Mail small parcels but Royal Mail are knocking back some of my parcels because they are over 16cm when packed.
No responses from emails.
It’s a shame because I used this company for a number of years with no problems but I will now look elsewhere.

I ordered 100 12 x 9 x 6 boxes. I got 12 x 9 x 6.5 which makes them just too big for a Royal Mail small parcel! Emailed to ask about a return with no reply in a week! Ridiculous customer service and no way of contact apart from a web form!
