I’m very happy with my cotton sports bra. It’s comfortable, fits perfectly, and the quality is excellent. I was also impressed that the owner reached out personally to inform me of a minor delivery delay. Highly recommended.

Great product, fantastic personal and proactive customer service. Good to be able to buy kind clothing. I also have to say the quality of the clothing I bought was fantastic. Lovely thick quality material and really well put together. Will buy again. My order was slightly delayed due to supply issues but they kept me up to date throughout with personally written emails. Unusual (sadly) to come across such a caring company!

The delivery of my order was very slow, it took over a week and a half to arrive. But that isn’t my main issue.

I returned the item as it didn’t fit properly, earthwardrobe didn’t refund me for the order until I reached out 4 weeks later to ask what was going on. They then processed the refund, but for some inexplicable reason, only partially refunded me for the item, deducting an amount for “shipping and tax” and then taking off a bit more. The item I ordered was £28, with shipping the total was £31.49 for some reason I have only been refunded £25! I’m pretty deducting tax from returned goods is illegal?!

I’m so unbelievably frustrated with this company! Please don’t make the mistake I did! Order your clothes elsewhere or prepare for a slowly unfolding, irritating beyond belief, potentially unlawful experience!

Really great, well made items, in organic cotton. I believe in using sustainable materials and it's difficult to find the range of colours and fits that Earth Wardrobe offers - I have received so many compliments about the colours and fit of the joggers, sweatshirt, hoodie and tshirt I purchased. I will definitely be coming back.

Concerned after several days from ordering that I had not heard anything from them, I went online to check. A message on my order page there read - We are having stock issues and there will be a delay sending this as we wait for a delivery. No one had emailed me to let me know about the delay, and nowhere on the website did it indicate it was not available. I had ordered several things and needed them. I said I can't wait please can you send what you have (they can't not have any of it at all). HEARD NOTHING back. Totally ruined our plans. We ordered because we needed it! Asked to Cancel the order and would have to source something FAST (as they had wasted time) and HEARD NOTHING!!! Feels like this company is a total scam. I would not shop here and this was my first order. I see from other reviews I am not the only one they have left to find out for themselves that they have stock issues and not the only person they have ignored when asking for a refund. How many times are they going to do this to customers. Really wish I had not shopped with them.
NOTE: I had to ask more than once but - They have now issued me a full refund.

Amazing quality clothing, above and beyond customer service. 5/5*. I think with a small dickies size path on the sleeve or somewhere as an accent/logo, this brand can go far based on the quality.

So nice to be able to purchase a 3/4 length cotton tee shirt. I wasn't disappointed in my purchase, fits really well and the material is very soft. Yet to wear and wash.

Honestly such a nice shopping experience with E.W. I only ordered a couple of bits, just to make sure I liked how they fit etc., and I'm definitely gonna order more! There was a teency weency delay in getting the order shipped (tbf I think it was still within the timeframe stated on the website), but I was kept up to date at all times, which is so nice (rare) to see nowadays. And the clothes are so comfortable. Big love x

I ordered tee shirts from Earth Wardrobe following good reviews online. Although they took over a week to arrive, the company kept me updated, and also followed up to make sure that my order had arrived.
The tees are excellent quality, soft and true to size, and very good value for money. Shall definitely be ordering again.

I ordered 4 items with a 5th added for free because I spent over a certain amount. I was expecting slow delivery having read some reviews on trust pilot before placing my order, but I wasn't in a rush so didn't mind. Four days after I placed my order I received a spontaneous email apologising for the delay which was because of stock issues (no mention on the website of anything being out of stock) and saying I should receive it within a few days. Six days after receiving the email I hadn't received the order so emailed back asking if it had been dispatched. Two day later I received a reply saying it should be delivered the next day. The next day the order didn't arrive so I emailed asking for the order to be cancelled and a refund issued. This email wasn't replied to and two days later I received an email saying my order had been dispatched, a week after I was told that I should have received it! Another two days later two of the five items were finally delivered, and another one the day after that. The other two items never arrived and I have been told a refund is in process. One of these was the free item so I have missed out on that despite spending the required amount, even with one item refunded.
A nightmare company to deal with. The items I did eventually receive are nice and good quality, but definitely not worth the stress! The experience made me feel like I was part of a strange social experiment into how far can you push someone before they give up!

I ordered before Christmas, I got a confirmation email. The item was delivered within 6 days or so.

My only surprise was that the sweat shirt did arrive without tags, without any wrapping around, just in a plastic envelope. And no return form or purchase doc either.

I did follow the size recommend by the shop. The sweat shirt looks nice, doesn't smell or anything bad looking occurred. It fits well.

PS: after closer inspection I've discovered that the garmet has a hole on the back. A complete rubbish! New item with A HOLE!
Now what! I'm curious about the customer service here.

And instead of XS, they have sent a Small.

Customer Service was great. After telling them, they did sent a replacement on their expense by express delivery. So it arrived before Christmas. The item was in a great condition.

Earth Wardrobe makes fantastic quality clothing that is made from natural fibres - great for my skin and for the planet!

The sweatshirt I ordered was reasonably priced, excellent quality and fitted perfectly. I got a free t-shirt with my first order too! Also pleased with this item; great fit, soft and silky. Both items are vegan, beautiful organic cotton and ethically sourced - all important factors for me.
The order took 10 days to arrive but I received an email from Chris, the owner, informing me of the slight delay. Chris emailed me again after delivery to ask if I was happy with my purchase and offered free delivery on my next order. Now that's 5* customer service!
I will be buying more bits from this company. I like their style 😉
