Boost and Sleep
I have been taking Boost and Sleep for over a year and have to say I love both 😘 I've never had too much trouble falling asleep but I wake up many times during the night. Sleep definitely helps me stay asleep better, it's not always a perfect night's sleep but so much better than before.

The best product I have ever tried in my life after not sleeping for 20 yrs I am now sleeping soundly for 6/7 hours continuously. I am a new person with thanks to Earth Secret. Very efficient order & delivery. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

The sleep pills are fabulous
The sleep pills are fabulous. I used to have disturbed nights. Waking for no reason at all and then mentally going through “to do” lists making it really hard to relax and go back to sleep.
