I’ve been wearing the Grounding Penny Clogs almost daily since I got them, and they’ve quickly become one of the most reached-for pairs in my closet.
From the moment I slipped them on, I noticed how naturally they fit my foot. The wide toe box allows for proper toe splay (which is so important to me), and the zero-drop sole feels stable and aligned without being stiff. They’re lightweight, flexible, and surprisingly versatile — I’ve worn them for school drop-offs, park days with my kids, errands around town, and even styled them with a blazer and jeans.
What truly sets them apart is the grounding feature. There’s something incredibly calming about knowing I’m staying connected to the earth while moving through everyday life. The shoes would probably have been more comfortable if I got the right size, they’re just a touch small, but as I’ve continued to wear them they’ve gotten more comfortable! I love how easy they are too slip on and go.

Updating again on 2/20. I changed it from one to two stars. The shoes get four stars, customer service gets 1 star or zero, so just trying too make the math work.

For better or worse, being the squeaky wheel helped get my problem resolved. I still recommend this company with great caution. I have a friend who just placed her first order, so fingers crossed!

I am updating this once on 2/10/26 and will update again if everything works out. The way I got the company to respond was using the AI agent ("Diana") on their website. It was a bizarre experience, with "Diana" offering to have Tom Sander call or email me personally. I didn't think anything would come of it but I was refunded for the sheets and just received notification that the correct pair of shoes is on the way. So we shall see.

Original review: I am SO disappointed with this company. I LOVE their shoes. Unfortunately when I ordered my third pair (at the same time as ordering grounding sheets), they sent the wrong size. It took some time (several days) for them to respond and then they switched customer service agents four or five times in order to get me the shipping label to return/exchange. My package was signed for over two weeks ago. They have just gone SILENT. They owe me over $300; I will pursue all avenues to get it back. It's really too bad because their product is actually AMAZING, but they are either so disorganized or completely shady about business practices.

I purchased a pair of Boots: one boot has 5/8 inch different size sole than the other. So one fits and the other does not. I have been trying to return the. For 3 months. When I called I was told to wear them and they will stretch out eventually. I said "no" I want a refund. I was told I to submit it only, I did so. You have to send pictures of the soles of the shoes to make sure you have not worn them out side! Done that... It has been another month and no response! I do not recommend taking a chance to purchase anything from this company because of there customer service, shoes do run small and are not inexpensive.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a pair of Earthing Penny Loafers and a grounding mat. The shoes came and were used—and not just a little bit. They were quite used. I emailed them requesting a refund of my money. They never responded. They do not just allow returns on line. You have to contact them by email for them them to approve the return. I emailed a second time. And a week later a third time. I have called their customer service and the phone goes to voicemail. They have never responded. This is illegal business practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

My favorite shoes! I bought 2 pair size 37 brown and black. I have a Roman toe and they did stretch and mold to my foot, The sizing is perfect and followed their sizing chart. It’s February here in Colorado, I love wearing these without socks everywhere! The barn, the chicken coop, the garden around the house everywhere and my feet are very comfortable not cold at all!
I even wore them while giving my great nephew riding lessons. I have hardly worn any other shoe since I received these. And in the summer typically walk barefoot around the yard , I do love how my feet are more protected and I’m still getting the grounding benefits! Plan on getting a pair of boots next!
I’m updating my review for their outstanding customer service, I decided to order the long boots and used my promotional code, after submitting order I saw the wrong size was ordered. I contacted them and within 2 hours I received an email back letting me know my order was adjusted to my correct size!
What a relief!

I love these slippers. I am barefoot as much as possible and when I have to wear shoes most hurt my feet, but not these! They are made well. Nice leather and stretch. They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve found.

These boots are incredibly comfortable and so cute!!!! They are very well made and I absolutely love them!

First time buyer. I purchased 2 pair. One a half size and the other it wasn’t an option so I sized up. They were way too big. I wore them out once for about an hour. Realizing then they were going to need to be smaller. They refused my return. For a first time user and spending nearly $400, I am very disappointed with their customer service.

This company is a fraud. I’ve sent several emails all with the same response and no one ever answers the phone or calls you back. Don’t like shoes and tried to get refund. All I get is the run around. Seems they do not back their product and WILL NOT refund. Shoes are going in the garbage where they belong.

I have changed this rating, because in the end Earthing Harmony completely proved themselves. It was a rough start and there were things that were uncertain, once communication did get established this company stayed true and very responsive/committed to resolution of the afore mentioned issues. If you ever need to reach someone in their sales/claims department, ask for Jeselle - she's amazing!

I've purchased several shoes from this company and have been happy (although they are expensive) recently they ran a special on a shoe that was a pre order, when I received the shoe it was not the same quality at all, the leather was stiff and hard and the shoe didn't fit due to it being kinda wonky, that's the best way to describe it, then I noticed a stamped into the leather label saying made in Mexico, on there website it says made in Turkey by hand, that's not what I got, I tried to send back and asked for a free shipping label and they refused saying it would be my responsibility and I would not be refunded. False advertising on there part! Buyer's be aware, you might not get what you payed for, I will not purchase from them anymore.

I was unsure about the shoes as I had never heard of the company. I found them on the internet surfing for shoes to wear on a walking tour to Cuba. I wanted something stylish, but comfortable with support, wide toe box and sturdy enough to last. I wore them and was so pleased with the product I bought another pair. Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable pair of shoes.

This is my third order and am in love! The boots are out of this world also! Try them you will love them!

Terrible company plaid for this over two weeks ago and they can't tell me when I will get my merchandise. I requested to cancel and the told me I couldn't. Scammers for sure. It is China based.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been trying for a week to return shoes for a larger size.
Their process is crazy complicated!
Im now just trying to return them for a refund, dont want to chance going thru the hassel again.

This company is a scam. They do not adhere to their stated return/refund policy. If you a request a return for refund of an unworn pair of shoes, they will offer you a 10% refund. If you decline that offer, they will ignore your request to send the items back for a refund. The customer service is 100% AI, nobody answers the telephone number on the website, and the request through the "exchange or return portal" will be ignored. This company is not endorsed by the BBB and has many complaints. This is an Estonian company, which probably explains the nonexistent customer service for US customers. The shoes are something you would buy in a street market in Turkey or Morocco for $15.

Loving my barefoot shoes!
I am a person who likes being barefoot, so these shoes are perfect for me. As an added bonus I can tell the neuropathy in my feet seems to be better. I wear these all of the times I would have worn athletic shoes, which is most of the time.

Just started wearing the shoes. The shoes feel good on my feet. I don't love wearing shoes so these are great since its minimal. Great color, comfortable fit.

Just to note, the shoes are custom made and take a little longer to ship than the grounding pads, but the shoes are totally worth it. I don't love wearing heavy shoes and I can just slip these on and go.

The shoes are extremely comfortable and beautifully made. They were delivered quickly, fit perfectly, and are a very good value for a stylish hand-crafted shoe! I have high arches, but feeling like going barefoot is amazing! They are now my favorite shoes and I wear them constantly.
