My treatment was repeatedly postponed, with my confirmed appointment being rescheduled three times, often at the last minute, without any prior notification. I constantly had to follow up to chase my appointments. I do not recommend dealing with this person, as the customer service has been very poor and their attitude was unprofessional...
I had a fantastic experience at Earth Living in Portobello. Despite the cold, the lady(Nicole) at the store was incredibly helpful and highly knowledgeable about the products she was selling. She took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I found exactly what I needed.
