I love the earrings and I’d like to…

I love the earrings and I’d like to order another pair. My only concern is that any of the ‘hinges’ on the earrings may be faulty, as is with the pair I’ve already got. One earring falls apart at the hinge. I can press it back on, but I’m worried in case it comes apart while I’m wearing it and lose it.

Lovely products and excellent customer service

Attractive products and superb customer service. My email about one slightly faulty item needing to be exchanged got a very quick reply and immediate action. Ear Sass did even better though, exchanging one pearl charm for another simply because I didn't like its shape.

Serious site but a better detailed description (weight) of the jewelry would be desirable because the neck circumference is a little heavy!

Beautiful earrings

These earrings are beautiful, comfortable and affordable, I absolutely adore mine and they go with everything. I bought the silver version, but I’m very tempted to go back for the other 2 colours. Very much recommend these to anyone.
