Won't resolve a tracking problem
I have used earnstar before and it was okay
Recently, I played a game and they did not track my spending. I did not get the reimbursement.
I email customer service. Sweet as pie they are but no results in get my money. I send them my receipts if the purchases but they are asking for things I can't give them. The dates and times, order numbers... Impossible.
I told them I was leave and no response. Like they don't value their players
Look on Facebook. Same complaints against this company and the company doesn't change

ZERO STARS!!!
There was absolutely zero help. Just automated AI responses that kept refusing to give me rewards for tasks that I could prove I completed and purchases I made. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a game testing app and I have been using them for over 2 years now. Saying that there was glitching in the tracking (on the company’s end) but not doing anything to fix it and reward missing points for proven completion is absolutely ludicrous. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!

I haven't been paid for completed steps…
*edit* it is now 1 star. I have sent screenshots of proof that I haven't been rewarded and proof that I have completed the steps. Apparently this isn't enough evidence and they require a screen recording. I explained that my phone doesn't allow screen recordings. Because of this there is Apparently nothing that they can do, despite me sending photo proof, so now I will not be rewarded. I'm not happy whatsoever.
I haven't been paid for completed steps on bubble cate. I have won 11 tournaments but no payment has been added to my account. I have tried to submit a ticket on the app 3 times but each time it tells me there's an error. This is the first time I have had a problem. It was 5 stars up until now.
