We’d like to clarify that most survey disqualifications happen at the very beginning, not after completion. Surveys include multiple automated security and quality checks required by our partners. If initial screening or control questions are answered incorrectly, too quickly, or without carefully reading them, the survey will not qualify and will be closed automatically.

These measures are in place to ensure fair and accurate results for advertisers and to protect the platform from invalid responses. Being screened out doesn’t necessarily mean there’s an issue with your accountm, it usually comes down to eligibility or quality checks.

We recommend taking a moment to read each question carefully and answering at a natural pace. If you ever believe a survey behaved incorrectly, our support team is always available to review the situation.
