They are Re labeling parts. False advertising
Dustin and Houston in parts sold me a re labeled part for my 6.7 superduty. Claiming it was a brand new fuel pump replacement for my truck ft17125g for a "good deal" they actually sold me a 5 year old pump ft17150g that's cheaper and they went as far as printing stickers to put on the box labeling it as a new model Fass high pressure pump. when I called they were rude and told me it's my own problem. They will not get me the right pump because its wayyyy more than I paid...but I paid for the correct pump they have advertised online. Bunch of scammers dont trust this company very rude and ABSOLUTELY no customer service from DUSTIN or the gm John. He was hostile and offered no assistance in making this right. The GM John would not even take my call. I can not fathom why the gm of a huge ford dealership would not even hear me out. I will never do business with this company again and I plan to take further action with this legally and with the state of Arizona. False advertising and I suspect they are still selling these as they did not remove the fraudulent ad online. Beware Earnhardt ford az scam. This pump only puts out 10 PSI compared to the 55 - 75 the pump they had advertised. I've been trying to run this truck for six days on 10 psi turns out. I only found this out when I called Fass fuel and gave them the serial number to the pump. They explained that this is a 5 year old pump and not the one they Earnhardt is advertising. Fass also confirmed the stickers placed on the box are not stickers that they produce for their packaging.
