It is extremely frustrating that there is no direct way to contact customer service other than submitting a web form. More than two days have now passed since I reported the issue, and I have still not received any response from Early Bird customer support.
I would appreciate an immediate update on the status of my case and assistance in locating my package.

Worst service
Worst service. Not satisfied. They took my packet back to Malmo. Tried calling at the only number mentioned at web page but it was not connected. My cell number was mentioned at the delivery address but they didn’t called me, resulted I got the delivery in ibox after 3 days delay.

Untrustworthy.
Untrustworthy.
My adress was clear in the package.
Yet they didn't even deliver th package as advertised- within 01-07.
They had written- adress receiver failed due to unclear information.
I had received package before from Apotea.se. DHL delivered on time. This is disappointing.
I thought that they would be quick as advertised. Clearly wrong. Misleading advertisements. Choose another next time.
