Great customer service
Great customer service, purchased a porta filter at the Manchester coffee festival which wasn't compatible with my Espresso machine, support worked with me and I received a refund after sending the part back
Compared to dealing with plenty of companies nowadays, they were polite, quick and easy to deal with and I will be using them again.

Good customer service
Ordered a df54 tilted cup holder that didn’t arrive after 12 days of ordering. Contacted customer services and had a response from James who sent a replacement out the same day with a complimentary puck screen. The original and the replacement both then arrived on the same day.
Very good and speedy customer service and the holder works as intended.

Excellent coffee grinder at an excellent price
The DF54 is a genuinely great coffee grinder at an affordable price. Great communication from the vendor and an overall really good experience. Will be keeping an eye out for new lines/stock.

Site looks shady, but the grinder (DF64 gen 2) was delivered promptly and communication was pleasant.
