excellent care

i had two excellent paramedics attend to my call out. Briony and Jamal were excellent they came into my home and brought calmness to a traumatic accident. Both were totally professional helpful friendly and calm in a bad situation they made me feel calm while they dealt with my situation and were so experienced which gave me confidence to allow them to take care of me and they did totally. They were simply the best.

I had an urgent need for a private…

I had an urgent need for a private ambulance and found that several companies didn't answer phone calls after 5pm on a Friday. East Anglia Medical Care were helpful with my arrangements during Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday... and yet, due to circumstances outside my control, I had to cancel the booking! They were helpful, polite and understanding when I had to cancel.

A Really Outstanding Service

This was a really outstanding service! The challenge was to bring my severely mobility-impaired mother-in-law 250 miles from one care home to another, and the guys who carried it out could not have been more prompt, thorough, practical, courteous or people-friendly. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
