I am an avid Star Trek collector

I am an avid Star Trek merchandise collector. I have purchased all Eaglemoss Star Trek items since the company obtained the licence. The reason for 4* is that the models are very good and comprehensive. The customer service team is usually very good. It could have been 5* except for the lack of loyalty that is given to regular customers. I order all models upfront, only to find they are regularly discounted. I had a subscription for models, only to find the shop was selling them first, with discounts. And as far as Build an Enterprise is concerned, it started out at £42 per box and is now £49, which for what you receive is very disappointing. 5* models but not much in the way of 5* loyalty from the senior team, just excessive price increases halfway through a subscription

So far I think the model is excellent

So far I think the model is excellent, really well detailed and relatively easy to put together (although there are sooo many wires). My only concern is wondering how the saucer and hull will actually connect

Avoid - Not Worth The Stress!

I don't really have any idea when parts are due, where we are upto and whats missing.

I paid for a special in January and still haven't received it.

It takes 2 weeks for email replies, we went months without parts being available and off the back of that, you increased the prices which is really not acceptable considering people are now many issues in so it leaves them with no other choice but to continue.

Truth is, had I have know then what I know now, I would have not bought this as Eaglemoss has really ruined all aspects of the fun side of this for me.

I have no problem with delivery as I am…

I have no problem with delivery as I am in the U.K. but those in the USA seams to have delays. Components. Components should have more quality to them such as break discs which are plastic I have seen on Facebook forums that people are coming up with there own versions made out of aluminium also engine parts is a big let down for the money you are paying I feel the quality of the car should have accuracy to the model

Build the enterprise D

So far the orders have been very hit and miss. Sometimes taking longer than expected. The build itself has been pretty much as I expected with slightly confusing issues, the sheer volume of LED light cables is actually mind boggling to me and I’m sure it could have been made simpler. I know I will love the build when it’s finished.

I love the collection as the models are…

I love the collection as the models are fantastic and the subscriber gifts are brilliant.

My only only negative is the fact its now a shipment every two months for subscribers rather than monthly.

This puts those who buy the odd ship ahead of loyal subscribers which I don't think is right.

The Enterprise build is not worth the price

The Enterprise build is ill-fitting, lots of lightbleed through panel gaps, Metal pieces not properly deburred before painting. Over all the quality of the build is way too poor for the price.

Also there is an almost impossible to avoid upsell of overpriced shuttle models.

I started building Ecto-1 from issue 1

I started building Ecto-1 from issue 1, and have found over time issues have either gone missing in the post, or they've been out of stock and I've had to wait months for a certain issue to come in stock. The customer service via email can be slow and instead of being answered in the time stated, it's been longer. Apart from that, the build has been good, although will need to get a replacement soon.

Parts just stopped coming over a year ago…

I purchased the monthly subscription for solar system kit in May of 2020. I received my monthly kits for about a year. I had a few issues with parts and customer service was very quick to send out new parts. Then without warning the monthly subscriptions stopped. It has been over a year since my last kit arrived. I have emailed several times and was told they are out of stock. I can understand that but for over a YEAR! And no warning. So now I’m hundreds of dollars into a worthless orrery kit and no idea when or if I will receive anymore parts. Don’t waste your money!!!!

I have 3 subscriptions with them…

I have 3 subscriptions with them shipments came on a regular basis they did have a problem with their billing for awhile seems to be fixed .Right now they seem to be having supply chain issues like everyone else so if you have a subscription be patient Just a suggestion to the people at Eaglemoss if the shipment is missing a poster pin etc and not missing essential build parts just ship it I don’t think anyone would care

This is the first time ive ordered from the shop specifically and to say i was pleased to see what items were available is an understatement. Items come well packaged and very quickly. Waiting for a few items to come back into the shop but as soon as they do!

Super!

I love this and i have became a hobby collector out of this. I love the products and there very well done. Quality is amazing and delivery is quite fast. The packaging is well secured and the magasins that sometimes comes with the ships are very detailed and contain lots of intresting information. Thanks Eaglemoss!
