This app works great

This app works great. It's has everything you need to watch your favorite programs and the support is fantastic,if have a problem I can contact them and they will respond in a matter of minutes to fix it. The price is really cheap for all the service you get. Everyone needs this.

Super service at a great price

Super service at a great price! I have bounced around other providers and EagleCast TV has the best customer service by far. I have already spread the word about EagleCast to my coworkers and will also sign up for an additional 2 years of service. Very pleased!

Terrible customer service, unreliable service

Terrible customer service. They don't reply for ages and trouble connecting to their playlists.

Their customer service keeps saying that they will fix my service, but have not. It's now been two weeks without a service. I've asked for a refund and they have not replied.

Horrendous waste of money

Joke of a service.

During the free trial, it works great to reel you in. Once you pay, it's buffering, buffering, and more buffering. Its unwatchable. Don't fall for it.

I contacted then and they told me to turn it off and in again - like I hadn't tried thst 100 times already. Useless.

I don't understand where all the positive reviews are coming from. Fishy.

Thanks for the reply. It is your service I am using. You are now telling blatant lies to misguide readers. I 100% bought your service and have proof.

I suspect that the offer of a refund is to paint yourself in a good light to people reading reviews.

I also suspect thst had I asked for a refund, it would have been refused. I say this because I sent messages explaining my issues. Not once was I offered a refund - only stock responses such as switch it off and baxk on again, which i explained i had already done.

We found out by investigating that there is no customer existing with your Credentials in our database, therefore you must be complaining about some other fake service. Thanks.
The reviews are from our users, who are careful about which website they go to and buy from.

Pretty sure now you have been to somewhere else, their is no Paid user on your name in our database. And no history of chat or complains.

No service is perfect, but this is the closest I have seen

This is my 4th streaming service in the past 8 years. They are far superior when it comes to customer service and problem solving. Maybe not as many movies/series as every other service, but almost no buffering. I'll take quality over quantity any day. At the end of the day, nothing is perfect, but when there are problems, I just want to feel like my concerns are being addressed and I am very happy with this service level.

I started this service about a month…

I started this service about a month ago and it has been great. I came here after using another one for about 4 years. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a first rate service. Only issue I have is with the payment gateway, it can be frustrating getting your card company to allow the payment

Thank you for your insightful review. We keep up everyday to assure you only the best. The 3DS verification step for payment is crucial to avoid fraud or stolen cards, it also protects us for frauds. It is a one-time effort for very few cardholders, considering the algorithm of IP and history of online transactions and footprints, its a lot of cross checks. It is actually for the best.

Terrific Service

I had a question about how to get their app on my new laptop. I used the chat device and they answered me immediately, and then walked me through the process. It could not have been any easier. From Day One when I started with them, their customer service has been incredible.

Best onlinevstreaming I've tried out

I am in my second month using EagleCast TV now. The quality of the app is exceptional. There is enough material for serious entertainment.
The service is vry good. I've had to approach the gelpdesk a few times, and there is always a solution. Compared to other services i've tried, EaglecastTV is the best.
