I just started my experience with EagleCast TV and it's unbelievable! It is far better than the last one. It's easy to use and the customer service is a 10 out of 10! Joel was patient and professional. He didn't ridicule my mistake just patiently walked me through it. I was experiencing buffering and now I have no more buffering at all. This has been the best customer service ever! Keep up the good work! I'm a happy customer!

I'm a brand new 3 day old customer. Had initial problems setting up the service (self induced) but once I got going, was very impressed. I was blown away how responsive and fast their customer service is at helping solve problems. You (I) don't see service like this anywhere anymore. I had some problems with my onn operating system, thought Eaglecast was the problem at first. Turns out it wasn't them...it was my onn went completely haywire. Switched back to firestick and I have to say Eaglecast is operating smooth & flawless. I've gone thru a lot of IPTV providers. I'm hoping Eaglecast will be different.

I had an issue with my playlist disappearing when i cleared memory. tech support had me up and running again within minutes. extremely happy with their speed.

I was using another service and they vanished. That's the risk one takes. Eaglecast was recommended by a website. I got the 48 hour trial and was very impressed. The service is much better than the previous. So far no buffering and switching channels is nearly delay free. I'm using it on Nvidia Sheild, Firestick and a Google TV using Tivimate. All are working perfectly. The person I chatted with was very helpful and helped me get up and running within minutes. Highly recommend but I've learned my lesson about payment. With the previous service I paid $150 for a year. The first year was great however I just renewed in December 2025 and they are gone in January 2026. Again, the risk one takes when using these types of services. I will only do a maximum of 3 months from now on.

Their support is always being readily available means a lot.
The respond promptly and always try to offer a solution to whatever issue I'm having.

The service itself is very good, performant and stutter free. But the support team is exceptional, kind, patient and willing to make it work for you.

Got back to me right away and solved my issue. Most IP APPs don't do that.

Extremely unreliable. The feed goes down at least once a month. The service agent blamed the player, said someone would get back to me within 24 hours. This didn't happen

I would recommend finding a different provider.

I've been using the service for a few months now, and even when I bring in new customers they are always there and willing to help. Thank you for your fast and quick service

I have been using EagleCast TV for almost a year. It is an excellent service. I have tried four other services and EagleCast is the most reliable with great content and far less buffering that the others. Their support is also very competent and responsive.

Excellent customer service that guided me the proper way to install the app and once that was done I went from the two day free to purchasing the 2-year in less than 10 or 15 minutes.

Well apart from the app giving exceptional performance in both video & audio. The support is by far the fastest and most reliable I have ever encountered, the support alone is worthy of 5 Stars.

I tried the service loved it. Purchased the service. They were very prompt and very friendly got me set up immediately. Most services make you wait at least a half a day. Will definitely be recommending to others. Best value out there by alot. Thank you eagle cast.

We tried the trial package first. The system was flawless and the support was immediate. The progeam downloaded quickly and has a huge variety of channels.

I'm going to start out by saying this site is awesome. I haven't been with them very long but I assure you that they go above and beyond to help with every issue but the service is excellent to. The only issues I've been having is that I can't decide on what device I am going to use and I keep forgetting to write down my account information. But every time I go to their website and hit the little chat box they respond immediately.

Their service is second to none! I jump online and they fix the issue straight away. Top notch
