it is more than disappointing that the fifth attempt on your part to have the package filled with VHS cassettes picked up from me by a haulage company you commissioned has failed. All pick-up dates were agreed and we were at home. But a haulage company never got in touch.
I wanted to make my parents happy, but unfortunately you completely ruined it.
I have not received any response to my last email to the EachMoment team, and you have the nerve to now ask me about my satisfaction without anything having happened. I find it completely incomprehensible.

I reiceived your invoice 3 times…
I reiceived your invoice 3 times although I had paid it before due date. Up to now, I have not yet received the new disk. Therefore I cannot tell you any experience. At the very beginning, I very much appreciated the service regarding your picking up the old videos. Hope to hear from you soon. Regards B. Beyer
