Each buyer is one of the best internet…store

Each buyer is one of the best internet websites I've ever purchased from the products are excellent and they have fast free shipping I've purchased several times from them if they ever open the store again I am going to purchase more it's the only place I've found led lights for 1157 12v sockets

I purchased a LED Light but arrived Faulty…

I purchased a LED Light unit on line payed with PayPal, it arrived after a few weeks but upon arrival did not work, contacted the supplier with emails but no reply, so I put a dispute in through PayPal, the supplier answered saying that if I drop the dispute they would send me a replacement straight away, so I dropped the dispute thinking they would honour there request, nothing arrived now there will not answer there emails,as the case has been closed PayPal will not get open a new case. I will never use each buyer again.

Save yourself the bother and don't …

Save yourself the bother and don't bother with Eachbuyer. They take your money very happily and either short deliver or not at all. Correspondence with them is useless as they are either very dumb or very cunning, I can't work out which. I will put in a complaint with PayPal but don't expect to receive either my order or money back. China needs to improve it's commercial dealings with the west before they can be taken seriously

Don't trust them

Don't trust them! My parents purchased 3 items from Eachbuyer, however, received only one with 2 months delay. Our complaints about refunds still have no replies...

They literally STEAL your money

They will STEAL your money and not apologise for it. I bought a simple mosquito netting, and they sent me a completely different product, and it took over a month to get to me. When I said "hey no problem, I'll return it and you can send me the right product" they demanded photos of the product, then argued about how I should be able to use it, then said they don't do returns and that I should just try to sell it to someone else. They have violated American Free Trade policies as well as Australian Consumer rights by falsely advertising their products and I suggest everyone report them so they will be banned from exporting to those countries.

Not trust!

I made the order on 10.05. He was not sent, he was suddenly canceled without telling me. Money does not return, opened a dispute on paipal. Horrible store. No trust!

Horrible customer service and experience.

I bought clocks on EachBuyer and I had 2 seperate orders of them. The first order got here and I tried out the clocks and they only kept the right time for a few days and now all of them are way off. SO I tried to get a hold of someone to at least send my second order back and the person just said "you turn the clocks time on the side...have a great day". And now when I asked again for a return address and stuff no one is responding. This was not a good experience and I will never buy from Each Buyer again.

Horrible Customer Service

I ordered 5 earpieces for a 2 way radio for work. The price was great and ordered them to be sent in 3-7 days. The website said there was lots in stock. I ordered them and kept track of the shipping status or lack there of. It kept saying processing for 6 days. When I sent my first email saying I was disappointed that they weren't shipped yet and I needed them right away. They cancelled my order and refunded my money without giving me a reason for the refund. I told them in a second email that I still wanted to keep my order. There respond was we already refunded your money and order was cancelled. So instead of fixing the issue they just gave me my money back and left me with no product. WOW. A1 service guys.

Navygatsyvn company bought a device for the car and the money it was paid with PayPal Vblt lack of accompanying documentation package TB Department sent it back to the source, after I sent a large number either order EachBuyer email me . money, along with documents purchase but to this day I still Hear from them is not 2/17/2017

Poor service!

Takes forever to receive merchandise! 6 - 8 weeks. Good prices. Everything I have ordered has very poor instructions, when instructions included plus written in very poor English (chinglish) which is hard to understand. Takes a lot of studying and guessing to comprehend the the meaning and the instructions..

After several orders, I'm giving up on these people. They really don't seem to care - at least for the North American market.

Awful customer service, DO NOT BUY

I wanted to buy a birthday gift that I found on this website that I couldn't find anywhere else. It was for a little girls first birthday, and it's something her mum was desperate for. So I decided to purchase the item 2 months in advance, because I like to be prepared. I went onto the site, and went through the checkout procedure as normal, opting for paypal. I entered by details, and delivery address, clicked confirm, and I was told the order was being processed. However I was sent an email saying my order was incomplete, and I needed to log on and complete the order. SO I logged on, however there was nowhere for me to complete this order. I could see that an order was placed in my order history, but it's status said incomplete. I literally searched the whole site looking for how/WHERE I needed to visit to complete this order. In the end, I emailed them. I got a response asking for the order receipt. I was a little annoyed, because my email was very clear, and I asked one question "HOW DO I COMPLETE THE ORDER?" . So I replied, explaining myself again, and the second response I had was an email explaining the different ways to pay. This was now 3 weeks after I had placed the order, so I was little agitated because my emails were very clear, and I felt like they were being ignored. So in my THIRD email, I explained that I was being misunderstood, and that the order was incomplete- asking AGAIN how to complete this order. 3 weeks later.... no response. How upsetting!!! It's now too late to place another order as the delivery is 20 days.This was going to be a much wanted and loved gift for a little girls FIRST birthday....I know I could have logged on and maybe done another order earlier but I just felt so let down buy their response and the ability to even READ my request.... and then to actually ignore me.... so so rude! I've worked in customer service roles and I have never been so nonchalant about a customers request, and if the customer pointed out that I had misunderstood them- I'd atleast apologise! I was so angry and disappointed. I'm glad they never got my money, and now they never will.

High Risk SCAM Alert

I am suddenly being spammed by this company even though I never bought anything from them. There are several domains related to this site and the websites connected with this domain are rated as HIGH RISK on SCAMADVISOR.COM

I would avoid visiting this site at all costs and would certainly not risk purchasing from them.

It would have to speed up the delivery

All very well in order, there was only one problem with the arrival,
I have receipt my order not very fast, but it's safe.
then the support is contacted to solve my problem, really makes you feel good!
Will keep buying from them.

absolutely terrible

Wanted to return something because wasn't satisfied with it and it says on website you can do this within 14 days...but they are not answering my emails..my guess is trying to drag it out over the 14 days to avoid refunding me...stick with eBay at least you get support in these situations...will not buy from these people again..bad experience
