I had a very disappointing experience with this prop firm.

I purchased an account and encountered an issue where the dashboard metrics were not accessible. This meant I could not properly monitor my daily loss limits or risk parameters in real time.

As a result, I ended up breaching the account — not due to reckless trading, but because I lacked access to the very tool required to stay within their rules.

When I contacted support, they acknowledged that technical discrepancies can occur on the dashboard. However, they still refused to take any responsibility and denied a reset or replacement.

Their position is essentially:
Even if their system fails to display critical risk data, the trader is still fully accountable.

This raises a serious concern:
How are traders expected to follow strict rules without access to the data needed to track them?

I tried multiple times to resolve this directly and fairly, but received only repeated template responses with no real consideration of the situation.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious — especially if you rely on their dashboard to manage risk.

Transparency and fairness should go both ways.

Definitely not profitable platform

E8 provides exactly what a prop trader needs: transparency, fast execution, and a reliable dashboard. No hidden rules, no friction. It’s the perfect environment for scaling a professional trading business. Five stars.

E8 Prop Firm doesn’t live up to the hype, especially their E8 Signature account.

To be fair, their customer support is genuinely excellent, fast, helpful, and professional. That’s the main positive.

However, the funded phase feels designed to work against traders:

You must build a $1,000 buffer before you can even attempt a withdrawal.

After your first withdrawal (max $1,000), the rules become much stricter, you need at least 5 winning trades of $300+ each before qualifying for another payout.

Your second withdrawal is still capped at $1,000.

Withdrawals are processed via a third-party company, which also takes a cut from your 80% profit split.

And remember, you’re still trading on a demo account.

Overall, the transition from challenge to funded account feels like a trap. The rules tighten in a way that makes it harder to succeed or withdraw profits. If you decide to close the account, that $1,000 buffer is gone.

In my opinion, E8 doesn’t support traders, it feels more like a system set up for you to fail and take your money.

There are better prop firms out there that are more transparent and trader-friendly. I’d advise others to think very carefully before signing up.

🚨 IF YOU’RE PROFITABLE THEY WILL BAN YOU – SIMPLE AS THAT 🚨

This is very simple. If you don’t want to read the whole story: if you’re profitable, they will ban you. They will make up any excuse and ban you.
I’ve been trading the same 5 accounts consistently since February 26, 2026. They paid me over $62,000 across 5-6 successful payouts from those exact same accounts. Pure consistency, no luck.
Then suddenly they banned me claiming I’m “over-risking and allocating a substantial portion of my drawdown to single trade ideas.”
Even if that was true, so what? They were happy collecting my evaluation fees and paying me while I was winning. The moment I became consistently profitable and kept requesting payouts… they pulled this fake excuse and closed everything.
This is the classic E8 Futures playbook: take your money, let you win for a while, then ban profitable traders with made-up reasons because they have no real live trading program.
I already got my $62k so I’m personally fine. But I’m leaving this review so other traders who are still grinding, paying fees and looking for consistency don’t fall into the same trap.

I want to share my experience with E8 Markets regarding their recent promotion.

The promotion clearly states: "If your account fails before a successful payout, you can use one free reset."

Based on this wording, I understood that the reset would apply at any stage before a payout, including the challenge phase.

However, after failing my challenge account, I was informed by support that the free reset only applies to the Performance (funded) stage, and not the challenge.

This limitation was not clearly mentioned in the main promotion and was only explained later via a separate article.

I respect the company and their policies, but I believe this specific condition should be clearly stated upfront, as it can easily lead to misunderstandings for traders.

I hope they improve the clarity of their promotions in the future.

To me what stand out with E8 markets is how quickly their customer service attended to me and resolved the issue I was dealing with
