Still waiting on my refund from a purchase that I never got

I haven’t traded with E8 Markets for a long time.
Last August, I had a bad month, so I decided to take a break from trading and try something else.

But one thing is certain: E8 Markets is one of the best prop firms out there.
They have a very good dashboard, very trader-friendly rules that don’t create unnecessary stress, good support (Fabio informed and supported me very well), good spreads, and above all, a wide variety of challenges.

I can highly recommend this company.
I’m looking forward to continuing our collaboration.

I am funded 400k with prop firms like ACG,5%ers,Funding traders and I can say E8 has the best spread in the market. During news events, spread can be the difference in hitting your daily limit or not. So pick a firm that has tighter spread during news like E8

Two type of Accounts and what stands out. One does not allow you to hold positions over night, so only scalpers. The other account does allow overnight and weekend trading. You can adjust the drawdown before you purchase which is a big plus. Anyone that understands prop firms knows that the drawdown limit is the amount of actual funding you are trading. Also, their customer service is phenomenal which is a big plus for any clarifications. I told Veruska that I would love to leave a review for their service today. After trial and error on 5 other props. I will only trade with E8 going forward.

I had purchased an E8 Signature Forex account at the end of Jan'26 and was able to pass the evaluation and reached payout successfully, no issue throughout the trading journey, and the payout process was hassle free and delivered as scheduled.

The customer service staffs were very responsive, patient and knowledgeable as well when it comes to clearing my inquiries.

I believe E8 is a prop firm that is professional and supportive enough that you can place your trust in them

so far so good. I passed phase 1 and working towards my 1st payout. everything has been what their website describes. Customer service is also very responsive. Ive spoken to Fabio a few times and he's always very helpful.

Did some evaluation accounts. The rules for drawdown are tricky and not particularly intuitive. There should be a demo for the demo account, or else allow folks to try again at a reduced rate. Other than that, seems pretty great so far. Web account interface is smooth, tradelocker is a nice platform.

I passed the evaluation without any issues, and so far everything looks good. The dashboard has a great, user-friendly interface, and the platform is easy to navigate. Customer service has been excellent—quick, professional, and very helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, a smooth and positive experience so far.
