I was searching for a WD 740 NVMe 2230 but couldn’t find it on Amazon, Flipkart, or other well-known platforms. Finally, I came across E2Zstore.

At first, I was skeptical because I couldn’t find many positive reviews or much reputation for E2Zstore on Reddit, Quora, or Trustpilot. Living in a Tier 3 city, I didn’t have a second option (local market had the WD 770 but not the 740), so I decided to take the risk and place the order.

To my surprise, the whole process was smooth and reliable:

Ordered on 19–20 July & Dispatched on 21 July
Product Delivered on 23 July

The product was genuine, delivery was quick, and my confidence in E2Zstore grew after this experience.

I’ve since placed a second order for the Samsung 990 Pro (2tb), and that product was also delivered on time without any issues.

Suggestion: They could improve their support team, They are available but they are not attentive. It feels like they might be handling the support process themselves, which sometimes delays responses.

E2Zstore is 100% legit and trustworthy. Highly recommended!

Don't buy they will hold your delivery for more than 10 days without any update. Pure scammy website. dont recommend. No response from customer support even after multiple emails.

I bought Resident Evil 5 ps4 edition and Forspoken PS5 edition.both of them are in brilliant condition

I ordered two Nintendo Switch games on 12th July, delivery date was showing as 12-19th July.

19th July: Order is still not shipped, contacted them no reply.

21st July: Contacted them again, this time replied that order will be shipped the next day.

23rd July: I received the order but it only contains one game, contacted them, they said second game will be shipped next week.

29th July: No updates again, asked to just cancel the order if they don't have it in stock, they said order will be closed the next day.

3rd Aug: No updates again, asked about it and they said refund is initiated now.

Today is 18th Aug, refund is still not reflected, contacted them four times in between, no replies.

It seems like there are wrong stock availability information on the website, customer service is pathetic as well. It's been more than a month for my order but it's still not resolved. Will suggest to stay away from them.

Wrong Item delivered. Instead of Micron 2550 1 TB ssd, micron 2450 SSD is delivered. Website shows the micron 2550 1 tb still available but e2z says they will refund the amount. Now this does not make sense, though I had to concede. It means they don't have micron 2550 in stock and yet they are showing the same as available on their website. After waiting for 11 days for the item to be delivered, they deliver a wrong product and now they don't have replacement. What a mess they have created for me?

Order id 654739, placed on Aug 5,2025 and not yet shipped after Aug 14, and the CS asked for 2 more days to ship it. I requested for cancellation and sent my UPI id as per their request. And no response from the customer support.

On 5th Aug i ordered and paid for a Amazon US gift card which was supposed to be a gift for a friend and the site said i will get the code on 6th Aug, but i still haven't received it. I messaged them on 6th on their WhatsApp regarding any updates and they said they will "update in sometime", but i didn't receive any follow up message.

On 7th Aug, i messaged them again to which they replied with "will revert soon", i don't know what that means.

On 8th (today) i messaged again but now it seems my messages are not even being read, so i called the number and they are refusing to answer it. Instead they send me a SMS to contact them on their WhatsApp, LOL what a joke.

EDIT - 11th Aug, i still haven't received my code. And they still aren't replying on their WhatsApp nor answering the call. I even sent them a email but that is also not being answered.

I paid for 3k psn gift cards twice but i didn’t get any….this website is a scam please avoid it they are not the same anymore

Its really great website and cheaper compare to others. Received my order within 3 days. Its original and genuine website will highly recommend people who looking forward to buy P5 games

It's my 2nd buy with e2zstore. They are excellent in terms of pricing, packaging and customer support. The only scope to improve is delivery time. I will use them again in future and also will recommend them.

I searched for WD 2230 NVMe SSD in India and finally got it from e2zSTORE.com since its only place I was able to get this particular 2230 SSD. Produce Packaging (outer)/Delivery are super and I will give 5 Star Rating. But This surprised me is that SSD didn't come Original SSD Cover or Box. Its a loose product. Moreover when i checked for warranty for ssd, It was mentioned that this SSD is an OEM purchased for Laptop assembling. i.e., DELL (OEM) purchased from WD. So I get a doubt that this product is a second hand sale. So No Warranty No info on how much used etc.

Ordered Legend of Zelda Tears of the kingdom for Nintendo switch on 4th of July with "pay-in-3" using Simpl. Today is 10th of July and my order hasn't been picked up yet yet alone ship. It only shows "pick up exception" on the tracking link. Have contacted them on WhatsApp through the number provided by them for a refund but there hasn't been a proper response regarding this. Highly disappointed.

I found the Astro Bot price Rs 500 less than the market price, and I was kind of doubtful about the website since it was my first purchase. However, it was delivered on time, and I had a really good experience.
