I am using it since 20 days as it seems to be used already before sending to me it was used and repacked whenever i start a game it is showing previously high scored players name waste of money buy from amazon

I had a terrible experience with E2Z STORE and want to share it with everyone. (Order ID 625982)

*NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM E2Z STORE.*

I ordered a HORI SPLIT PAD PRO from them on 3rd December. On 9th December, I asked for an update and was rudely told the delivery date was 16th December, as it had already been communicated before placing the order. On 14th December, when I followed up again, they blamed the delay on floods in Chennai. On 17th December, they claimed the product was still in transit to India and would be delivered by the 28-29th weekend.
These were all lies.

When I called again today (28th), they admitted the product was not in stock. When I asked why they did not update me sooner, they said, “Abhi update kiya na” and “We operate like this only".
When I mentioned posting about my experience, they rudely said, “Do whatever you want,” and hung up.

They lack professionalism, basic decency, and minimum courtesy while talking.
Thankfully I had opted for cash on delivery, saving me the trouble of chasing a refund.
I strongly suggest avoiding E2Z STORE altogether. If you must, only buy on COD, but there are much better and more reliable options available.

I have purchased many consoles, games, accessories, etc., from e2zSTORE since 2022 and have recommended this website to my friends.

I recently purchased a game for my Nintendo Switch, and it took 10 days for them to deliver. What hampered my experience was that the seller did not respond to WhatsApp messages even though they saw them. I had to request multiple times for my order to be dispatched. Additionally, I have requested a bill copy for my Nintendo Switch several times, which I purchased from them, and they still haven't sent it to me.

If you are okay with waiting more than a week for your games to be delivered and can tolerate indifferent customer service, you can continue making purchases from e2zSTORE. For me, this will be my final purchase from them, and I will no longer be recommending this website to my friends.

Money deducted, PlayStation voucher worth Rs 5000 not received. Would not recommend.

*Update- company provided refund, however disappointed that I did not receive the PlayStation voucher. Please remove it from your website if it is not available. Thanks.

Recently made a purchase for a psn gift card …but no code was sent.!!!!!

If you want to buy PS5 games for a cheaper price and without the fear of scam and fraud, I'll blindly suggest you to buy from here, as they deliver within 2-3 days and the discs are totally legit with authenticity seal and packaging. Loved them!
