Reliable and Helpful
I had a refurbished product but there was a little problem with it. They offered me paying for the repair or replacement. I choosed replacement and they did it very quick and easy.

Pretty good overall
Pretty good overall, can be loud at end of cycle depending on which one is chosen. Clothes come out a but damp but pretty happy with purchase

BAD SERVICE
They promised to deliver my order within 2-3 days but the deliverer was so rude and did not inform me ahead of time that they are on their way to our home and did not even bother to ring our doorbell and just leave since I was not able to answer their call and wanted me to adjust to his time of availability! I cancelled my order and they want me to pay for their gas! BAD SERVICE! NOT RECOMMENDABLE!

I had a very good experience.
My product did nit work properly and i needed it to take on holiday. After a phone call i was helped and the next day i received a properly working product. Still on time for my holiday. Amazing realizing i am living in the Netherlands
