I am not sure if it was the device or the cartridges, but despite attempting to inhale from the device, I received minimum amount to inhale and felt minimal effects from the cannabis. I wish I could return the products for a refund.

Great prices, affordable and fast shipping

My complete order is taking about 1 month to receive since it was probably not properly handled. Still have not received the entire order. When I notified them about this issue I was given an excuse, and given an apology. No extras were thrown in, and now they want me to rate them. I have to give them a one star for a huge delay on the order, then getting the order wrong, then not trying to make me a return customer by making the experience better with some sort of bonus to offset the total lack of respect they seem to be giving their customers.

Online Chat was quick to get to a real person, and they were very helpful, handled adding a product to my subscription so they would all ship on the same day, and answered another random question I had.

I’m sorry to say, It has the most horrible taste l have ever experienced. It really was disappointing.

Couldn't get it to light....threw everything away...waste of time and money.

I was a previous customer who wasn’t a fan at first. I ended up sending back the product for a full refund. A year later I was sent an email with a follow up to try their new blends and updated device. Amazing customer service who did everything to make “wrong” right

I paid full price for my first device and wasn't impressed. So I left my honest review and went about my life. The company contacted me almost a year later saying they'd made improvements to the device and they were sending me one to try in hopes my review could be edited. Sorry to report that I'm still less than impressed with this device. The charging cord is way too short so the device dangles from the plug which is not safe for the metal contacts inside the charge port. The instructions were still not very clear on which direction to put the smoking stick into the device. I went through two before figuring out out. Then had to read everything all over again to figure out why nothing was sucking. Turns out you have to pull the top off then magnet it back down to start the 'session'. When you're done you're supposed to blow into the hole. It does what it's supposed to there. Came back the next night to use it again and had to lift and magnet back down the top again to start, which is weird to me. Then I had to do it again cause nothing was sucking. The light was flashing which means the battery was dying, um how... it's been sitting there unused overnight. Very very weird. It's a heavy device which I don't like either. It's not very ergonomic in my hand when smoking. And the taste is less than pleasant for sure. Not something I've found myself in a hurry to reach for again. I used the device three nights after charging it again each day and after that, completely lost the desire to pick it up again. Such an expensive waste. I prefer spending 10 bucks on a pack of cbd cigarettes from my local shop. Or one of those fruity disposable sticks for 20 bucks. All of which have more pleasant experiences than this device. And I was so excited, too. Pity.

The concept is exactly what I am looking for. The Relax and Uplift cartridges work great as far ease of smoking. However, and this makes me so sad, Ari53 delta 8 cartridges are more miss than hit. It's like their packed to tight. I bought this specifically for the Ari53. And I'm sorely disappointed. I bought 2 boxes of the Ari53 and had the same result.

Shipping was quick and the item was as described. The only thing I wish it had was a cap to put on when you interrupt the session.

Everything is great about it. Except for having to breath in for long period. And the little cigarette things are difficult to use or when they're finished. Maybe I need more than the manual it comes with.

Excellent design they thought of everything! And excellent product!
