Had an Error code that was a 2 year warrenty case. Contacted E-Wheels on e-mail and they delivered 24h response time. E-wheels sent a new part and i replaced it my self with help of their quite poor DIY video. My biggest issue with E-Wheels is the quality of their products. Their E scooters just falls appart. Here are some examples: 1. Steering column quickly becomes loose. 2. Rear wheel cover brakes 3. Front wheel cable will brake due to bad design(happend on 2 occations). 4. Screws unscrew themself and the Escooter dismantles itself. 5. Screws on bottom cover that snaps in half.

My sons scooters broke several times
So we upgraded and bought more expensive one.
It broke after 1 summer, because it apparently got wet
So no warranty
So no more scooter because repair was same price as scooter

I recently had an issue with my electric scooter and reached out to the e-wheels customer service. I was genuinely impressed with how professionally and efficiently they handled the situation. The team was responsive, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about their product, guiding me through the resolution process without any hassle.
They followed up consistently and ensured that I was satisfied with the outcome, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to come across such a dedicated and solution-oriented support team.
One small note for improvement: all communication from their side was in Norwegian, even though I’m based in Sweden. While it wasn’t a major issue, having English or localised communication would make the experience even smoother for international customers.
Overall, a very positive experience. Their service gives confidence in the brand, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Scam.
Bought 2 scooters. Unpacked 1.
Ran the scooter for about 30 kilometers. After this, it wouldn't charge any longer. No driving in the rain, no mishandling. And when it ran, it ran poorly and had an annoying lag and constantly bounced off the max speed. Not very comfortable.
Anyway.... I thought score! I bought 2, so I opened up the brand new scooter 2. But it wouldn't charge from the get go straight from the box.
Wrote the issues to E-Wheels to no avail. Neither scooter/scooters nor batteries were replaced on the warranty. I'm clearly not the first to experience this, looking at the reviews. What a joke.
Such a pleasant way to spend 6000 DKK and add more unnecessary waste to the world.
Use another company.

The battery should have been fully charged. The tires should have been pumped to around 50 psi. I also had to tighten some screws. I had to air the brake for the front wheel.Luckily I able to do these things. If my home had been closer to the shop I would have had them fixing these things

The Oslo workshop has a very unprofessional bicycle maintenance technician (woman). After replacing the brake pads, they were not centered, when I contacted her again, she said that she had a lot of experience and she installed everything correctly. She did not even want to check, although I had an appointment that day!!! I contacted another workshop of the same company and they confirmed and fixed the problem. A report was made.
Customer service is very bad. Especially if you get a person named Mikkel, he will speak to you disrespectfully, and if you received an email from this name, then he never answers your specific questions!!!
And many models of bicycles (Momas) have a factory defect in the bolt on the steering wheel(aluminium bolt , you can't make tight). Your steering wheel already starts to wobble after a few weeks. The workshop cannot do anything about it.
I have two Momas bikes of different models and both have loose handlebars. I have met many people who have these models and they all have slightly loose handlebars.

Buying experience was really good but the front wheel came with issues with the spokes. This was a bit unfortunate but the team was very helpful and directed me to the workshop who fixed the bike very quickly.
Overall satisfied.
I recently purchased a product from Ewheels but decided to return it. The package was completely unopened. However, to my surprise, Ewheels refused to accept the return and only offered an exchange for another product.
For such an expensive item, I expected a more customer-friendly return policy, similar to what other reputable retailers offer. Not allowing a simple return for an unopened product feels unreasonable and disappointing.
