Received a fraudulent charge After 4 months that I drove the car

They have charged my card without my permission, they said I received a fine from the local Police in Milan when my booking ended 6:50 am and the fine was 8:50 am, when I was in the airport already and i was not driving the car.
They also charged my card as a subscription so I can not file a chargeback.
When contacting their customer support, they have no clue what is going on.
Called my bank to cancel it as a fraudulent charge because I had not authorized it and they said that since they had initiated the charge as a subscription I could not cancel it.
So My suggestion is stay away from this company do not use it, if you can use an honest company you can find for sure elsewhere.

I called customer service about my issue and together we found a solution. We will get a car from a nearby town the day before (I live on the middle of the mountains so a car cancellation is difficult, especially for a trip to the airport).
I am happy with the level of customer service provided and that they found a solution. I recommend anyone with issues to call them.
