Unable to do next day delivery
Advertise next day delivery - however later informed next day delivery is actually 2-3 days
Didn’t even manage to review my medication request same day and it was purchased at 2pm - “ order within 3 hours for next day delivery “
Update 01/06- despite being told 24-48 hour delay and that item was posted today , it has infact not been posted today
The service had been absolutely horrendous I will never use this business again

Horrendous experience avoid.
So far, my experience with e-Surgery has been absolutely dire.
I ordered Fexofenadine 180mg for severe hay fever and initially received all the usual dispatch and delivery notifications, including confirmation that the parcel had supposedly been delivered along with photographic proof of delivery. However, when the medication failed to arrive, I checked the POD image myself and it was immediately obvious that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address.
What has made this experience even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. I have contacted e-Surgery on three separate occasions via their customer service email and have not received so much as an acknowledgement, never mind any attempt to resolve the issue.
This has genuinely been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Not only has my order gone missing due to an obvious delivery error, but I have been left without medication that I rely on during one of the worst times of the year for hay fever sufferers.
Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable.

Poor packaging for the parcel
Poor packaging for the parcel, no cool blocks was provided to keep the mounjaro cold.
Mounjaro was warm when arrived, for £200 I was expect better quality of packaging.

I do want to clarify that all of our weight loss injections are packed in wool insulated packaging with an ice pack included, which is designed to regulate the temperature for up to 72 hours — even once the ice pack has melted.
