I got my son a electric scooter from this company and after a month the bolt fell out and it doesn't work so his dad took it to his to try and fix it but he couldn't so I emailed the company for a refund but they said no because I am not in warranty for it even though iv only had it for a year and it didn't work for the 11 months before because of this bolt falling out and now there are saying that I have got to send a video of where the bolt fell and then they will send you parts for it to fix it yourself with isent good because it costs me 568.99 and it should work but it not so its not a waste of money that I have lost and my son couldn't ride his electric scooter so don't buy anything from this company.

My old computer would not switch on . All my family photos were on there . They managed to retrieve and put on to my new laptop . I was delighted ! Very reasonable price. Friendly staff . Completed the same day

This was a waste of time and $. The screen didn't even start. Dont even waste your efforts with this crooked company.

Broken hdmi cable the day we got it cheap budget cord mamager moaned he didn't want to waste time arguing with me that it was my fault? Console is budget cables are budget save your money buy from somewhere else

I ordered TWO body kuns and DID NOT receive them it has been more then "2-4 weeks" and when I tried to track my order it said "order not found" so its like it never happened at all. except I can't GET MY MONEY BACK! so please whatever you do, DO NOT order anything from this website I am doing this for your own good and for the sake of your wallet.

i have bought 2 body kun models, wait for 1 month for shipping but nothing happens, send an email asking where is my product at the moment, wait for 1 week, no reply, send another e- mail to their another mail, no reply again, here these comments make me hopeless, they steal my money

This company is a total scam. Do not buy anything from them. I made a purchase for 100$ and my order only arrived partially with a huge delay. In the mean time I had initiated refund through Paypal and since i only received partial delivery I am still going ahead with the refund.

The problem is that I need to spend 50$ plus to comply with their refund policy, which means that maybe I will still lose money because of the unprofessional way these guys do their business.

They never replied to any of my emails requesting assistance. The only email i ever got was an automated thank you message, which ironically stated "if you need any assistance we are here to help"...they are not!

2 months after ordering, no goods and they've not answered, to their contact form, Facebook or email. Wish I'd checked here first before ordering as it appears I've had the same problem as others.

Shoddy and lazy. As like everyone else I ordered some Body Kun and Body chan figures. Seemed like a good deal and reasonably priced, yet the wait time once I confirmed and ordered stated 3-4 weeks. I was able to source the same products on amazon (I usually had no luck there with the body kun stuff and didn’t trust eBay) and ordered there.

I have requested constantly since placing my order 2 days ago to cancel the order!!! The site stipulates a $0.5 charge to cancel due to credit card fees which is fine but I just want to cancel my damn order as I was able to source elsewhere.

I have tried to communicate via email and also through their Facebook chat as you cannot cancel through the website. Yet every time I check it opens a new chat and it then makes it look like they’ve read previous messages.

I WANT MY ORDER CANCELLED AND MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

I paid by credit card which offers some protection so I’m now going to contact them to see if they can force the money to bounce back or do something along those lines.

NO ONE ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Update. Sent them an unhappy email as after a day and Facebook saying they’ve read my message there has been no acknowledgement.

On 9.28.17 I ordered Body Kun figures - Models for Artists × 1 Female + Male - Gray

On the status of my order it says it's on the ways and New expected delivery date: between 28 October - 12 November which was of 2017.

It's been longer than 6-8 weeks, it's been now 4mths. I have send 2 emails and 2 fb chat messages and I haven't received any response.

I ordered 2 body kun figures back in september of 2017 and when I track my item it says it will arrive in october or november. It is now January the 18th, 2018. I have sent 2 emails with no responses. Thier website says they have 19 in stock and I have not received anything. Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. IT IS A SCAM. They took my money.

In regard to an order for a Body Kun figure I placed over a month ago. There is a disclaimer on the site that says because of the quantity of orders, it will take 2-4 weeks to receive. It's been over 4 weeks, and they do not answer emails. There is no number to call, so that's not an option. I'm wondering if it will ever show up, or if I'm out the money!

Honestly when they say that they have a problem with the shipping company, proceed to lie to me during various email exchanges, and don't reply after a few days, you know this company is horrible. They scammed me out of $73.86 for a grey set of body-kun and body-chan. I ordered that on September 23. It is now December 16 and I still haven't gotten anything. It's good to know something I payed a lot of money for will never come.

I ordered a wooden body kun in September, over a month later, I recieved a grey body kun instead. I contacted them straight away, and they’ve fobbed me off ever since and not sent the item I ordered and paid for!!!
This was one reply they never stuck to.
