There seems to be a lot of technical issues, but problems are resolved quickly
There seems to be a lot of technical issues with higher value surveys that give an error code before it will even load. That being said, when I have a technical issue after I've gotten to the "completed" screen, I can reach out to customer support. I've always had fast, friendly and professional responses. This usually results in the points being awarded without any question. I do wish the issue of the higher value surveys would be looked into. I don't mind spending the time (sometimes 30 to 60 minutes) for the extra reward.
Easy Points
I like receiving points toward Hotel stays by answering survey questions.
Great way to earn points
Great way to earn points! Only takes a short amount of time to make your opinion count.
Enjoy e-Reward
I have doing e-Reward many years. I use my free time doing surveys. I enjoy variety surveys and no pressure. I wish there are more choices for compensation and each survey can get more points. I hope gather all of surveys data that can improve products and services for the companies.

I had trouble logging in to collect rewards, but Customer Service helped me out !!
I’ve been a loyal member of e-rewards…
I’ve been a loyal member of e-rewards for over 10 years. I was having trouble logging into my account so I reached out to them for assistance. I was then informed that my account was suspended and they were not able to disclose more information on why.
Because of the years of survey taking and waiting periods in redeeming rewards, I have hundreds of dollars worth of points that I have earned and are now just lost.. Terrible business practice. Since the points have already been earned by me- I should be able to redeem them.
I had an issue with a survey stopping…
I had an issue with a survey stopping on the very last page. I contacted the help panel and received a response very quickly. I was surprised the response was so quick and my situation was resolved just as quickly. Bravo on customer service! I wish all companies were as committed as e-rewards!
Reward Experience
I am happy to say I have received my reward via email. This is a good experience. I would like to have a notice from E-rewards to check my email going forward.
E-rewards is A1!
E-rewards is always prompt answering any issues and corrects anything quickly.
Your Opinion Counts
Doing surveys with e-Rewards is an enjoyable experience for several reasons. It allows one to express his/her opinions to an entity which values them. It's a good mental exercise, and it contributes to our culture and economy because companies use the information gleaned from a large, diverse sample of the population to design and market their products.
E-Rewards user
I have been s long time user of E-rewards. E-rewards allows you to take surveys on all kinds of topics and products. Surveys vary in length and rewards are earned via points. These points can be redeemed for all kinds of gift cards. Surveys are most often interesting and fun to complete. The directors are very responsive and helpful if any issues which are rare are encountered. I would recommend you play!
great surveys and rewards
Earn points you can't use
E-Rewards is a decent enough point-earning opportunity. The problem is if you actually want to redeem those rewards. First, there are relatively few redemption options. Second, they have implemented a security requirement that makes it almost impossible to redeem them. You must show a sensitive ID like a driver's license or passport and verify it with a face photo. The verification company, Veriff, has low ratings and a shady history. Worse, the process does not even work for me, and when I bring it to the attention of E-Rewards, their attitude is "Oh well, that's our system, so too bad for you." If you want to earn points but not be able to use them, this is the site for you.
Disappointed Again
In February of 2023, after years completing surveys with e-Rewards, I was kicked out and was not provided a reason. Their solution was for me to provide my driver's license or passport. For security and privacy reasons I declined.
Just recently, I did provide a copy of my passport. Why? I had 211,000 reward points. When did they begin using a decimal rather than a comma? I have viewed the point total several times, but it has changed to a decimal and only about 4,000 reward points in total. What happened to over 200,000 points?
Has anyone noticed the change from using a comma to a decimal? They will not provide a screenshot of my reward points from February 2023. And stopped replying to me. In addition, point values for completing surveys has drastically reduced and they solicit playing their games or making other purchases at a cost.
Account suspended for NO reason
I have been a member for over 20 years. I got invitations to surveys this past week. But when I tried to log in yesterday, I couldn’t. So I changed my password contacted erewards and they told me my account was suspended. They never contacted me and I want to redeem the points I earned. Absolutely horrible

I enjoy doing the surveys and usually have no problems with them. On the rare occasion when zi do have a problem, support is always there and eager to help. They are very understanding and fair with their sssistancr.
Solid Survey Site
Honestly, have been banging out surveys for 10 years . Sometimes a little frustrating when surveys kick you out halfway thru and other times you finish the survey and they claim you don’t qualify, BUT, most times you get paid and end up getting a quality gift card. I wish there were a bigger selection but hey, I have used these cards every year at XMAS and it saves me at least $500. Plus customer support is top notch if you have problems.
The recurring need for support
The recurring need for support suggests that the root problems lie within the website and the surveys themselves, rather than the support staff. It may be valuable to ask users why they so often need to contact support and to use that feedback to identify and implement improvements. Addressing these issues could reduce the reliance on the support desk and enhance overall user experience.
Hard to redeem earned points
Hard to redeem earned points. Had to re-enter the information several times before it was accepted. Uses a highly detailed verification process, including front and back of driver's license and a selfie, but unclear what happens to that info once the verification is complete
