While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

brilliant survey site
brilliant survey site, varied interesting surveys and very quick pay outs.
Horrible Customer Service
I couldn't log in to my account after I came back from my holidays abroad. I contacted their customer service and I was told that they detected account violations and suspended my account (after 15 years). I explained that i was away for 10 days and didn't use my account at all but didn't get any reply..
Help desk experience
I contacted the help desk after reaching the final questions of a survey about specific brands, only to be told at the end that I was “a better fit elsewhere,” despite already spending longer than the estimated completion time on it. When I followed up, I was then told the survey had been halted because I was allegedly not completing it to a high enough standard — supposedly rushing or giving brief answers.
This was surprising and frustrating, as the survey mostly consisted of tick-box questions, which I answered honestly and appropriately. Being allowed to complete almost the entire survey and then being disqualified at the end, followed by criticism of the quality of my responses, feels unfair and a poor experience overall. In general the surveys take much longer than stated.
Easy way to make a small amount
By filling in surveys while I do other things, I make enough Nectar points to subsidise my shop by about £5-£10/week
Easy way to gain points for gift vouchers
It is a relatively easy way to earn points which can be converted into gift vouchers. It can be a bit frustrating when you do a lot of work on a survey and then get thrown out as not being an appropriate match and get a minimal reward
Good earning potential ...when used properly
Been using for many years now, unfortunately, recently they've started pushing more towards rewards for games, that I have absolutely no interest in. When I compete a survey, I feel I'm rewarded well for it (generally choosing Airmiles), but there should be better rules on being screened out of one (e.g. within 4 screens). I've done several where I've got beyond 80% (spent 20 minutes) or even more and then being told "sorry we have enough responses". It just feels like the survey owner didn't want to pay out for it.

This is a good survey site that offer a good range of surveys and topics which are enjoyable to do. It is also a good way of getting rewarded and they have a good selection of reward offers. Overall I recommend it.
Not happy with Verification Process
Not happy about having to verify my account by taking a photo of both sides of my driving license and a selfie. This is way too much information and could be used for fraudulent purposes by someone with bad intentions. This is totally unnecessary and I will be replacing my license and deleting my E-Rewards account.
Not as good as it used to be
Not as good as it used to be - get kicked out of lots of surveys now - this didn't use to happen. Not sure I will continue with this platform.
Suspended without any proof - No longer a survey site.
I have been a member of this survey panel for many years and noticed over the last few months lots of pressure to click on and sign up for their offers. They obviously get paid more for these offers than members completing surveys so are more of an advertising platform now. Last year I retired and always entered this on the surveys, often getting filtered out possibly because of this. I also noted many surveys I would get so far through, after giving lots of information and then get booted out without getting any points not even the 25 that used to be given in these cases.
Last month I got an email saying I have broken their rules, and my account was suspended with approximately 11,000 accumulated point’s being lost.
Emails went back and forth, and I asked why I was suspended and although one email said they would say they did not. I am a member of a few survey panels and have not had anything like this from others.
I note that there are other reviews of E-Rewards on here with similar experiences so we all cannot be wrong. They also of course have lots of my personal data which I am going to check GDPR rules and then request they delete and confirm it done.
I have certainly had enough of E-Rewards and even though they don’t respond to these reviews hopefully they read them.
Frustrating
Frustrating now. Same old, repeat surveys and not eligible for majority but every day it flags there are surveys appropriate for me. However I like receiving the Nectar points, when I am able to participate !
Used to be great
Used to be great, was fairly easy to accumulate points. I now get kicked out 95% of the time, and the site now appears to be more about gaining points from silly online games than actual surveys.
So dissapointing...
Another example of suspension without reason or proof
Similar to what Peter Dixon reported on the 11th July, my account has been suspended for an apparent breach of their rules.
I have been a member for over 20 years with no issues whatsoever.
I disputed their accusations and demanded proof of the irregularities I supposedly had committed to validate their claims, but surprise surprise, nothing was forthcoming.
They also deemed it fitting to retain my points which I estimated amount to over £80 at time of suspension.
I strongly recommend that should you want to join/remain with this company that you cash your points in on a regular basis to avoid being ripped off like I have been.

Great way of earning rewards..
Great way of earning rewards... I use my points for Amazon Gift cards to treat myself. I check for available surveys every day and answer as many as I can so my points balance builds up quickly....
Great Way of Getting Avios Awards
Great way of getting Avios rewards to bulk up my BA account. Sometimes the reward isn’t worth the time but you can pick and choose which surveys to take. Occasionally you’ll get an error message towards the end of completing a survey (which is frustrating), but sending them a message via the app gets a quick response and they’ll usually award the points you missed out on.
Can do much better
I have used e-reards for about 6 months now and I don't find them very good. My profile is 100% yet it is rare that when I start a survey i actually get to the end as I don't meet their criteria. Some kick me out after abpit 5 minutes of answers, one kicked me out after just asking ehat gender I am. Today after about 2 minutes it kicked me out again. This has got to be improved.
