The delivered bouquet was completely different than in the picture The flowers were wilted the bouquet was tiny. Rubbish . When I sent my complaint i was disregarded . Do not buy any flowers from this website

Flowers delivered on time-the only positive. Tulips were looking terribly cheap and dying! Nothing like the website photo. I wish I saw those reviews before ordering. I would have saved myself throwing 150 pln in the bin. They resembled a bunch from a discount bin at a supermarket. Update: Got offered 10% refund. Shocking customer service. Flowers died the next day. Stay well away from that florist.

I wouldn’t recommend this flower shop. I ordered pink and white tulips and got only white ones. Flowers weren’t fresh, tulips were already open and grown long. Leaves got yellow the next day.
Very bad customer service offered me 10% refund. Won’t be buying from them again!

Absolutely disgusting. Flowers look nothing like the picture and all they have to offer is a pathetic 10% off. Lost for words

Awful experience, terrible client service. Stay away ! Flowers delivered died after 24 hours of delivery, and when I complained I was told they were put too close to a radiator. If you have other options of ordering flowers online, do it

Shocking service. Ordered flowers which indeed arrived on time but were dead within 3 days. Following a raised complaint was told that they need a photo of flowers from the top to consider my complaint after 5 photos were send, what a JOKE!! Do not use this company, very bad and inconsiderate service.

The flowers my mom received what's nothing like the flowers I've ordered. She received very small branch of flowers, which looked very disappointing. I don't know how they can even deliver flowers like that😡

Very disappointed, they delivered wrong product. After contacting office try to change it and deliver it again it was a problem for driver to pick it up and when I wanted to call office no one picked it up…

Very disappointed with the flowers that I ordered for my mum for her naming day.
The bouquet did not look at all like the one I have chosen from the website.
It looks to me that the company makes any bouquet they want depending on the flowers they have available at the moment.
There is no point of choosing the bouquet you like as the one you will receive will not look even similar, not to mention the same.
Save your money and avoid this company 👎

Avoid, it's a scam. Ordered a beautiful bouquet and received a small thing that had nothing in common with what I paid for. I was offered pathetic 10% off, even though value wise it wasn't even worth a half of what I paid. Customer service is a joke, they waffle around and keep your money. Can report them though. Avoid.

Worse experience ever! Delivery was nothing like an order, flowers were old, bouquet were small, different colour, nothing like an order. After complain I was told the photo for ordering is just a picture and the flowers we received were ok so I won't get my money back. Customer service on low possible levell
