Customer service is also really good with the live chat.

I would really like to see a lot more in depth videos for each bike on YouTube (how to adjust + change parts and look after your bike etc…)

Contacted customer service with a question about a replacement screen and was incredibly helpful. Answered the query and walked through the replacement process as well as confirmed it could be shipped same day - amazing service!

The website in the purchase was very easy. Glenn Russell sent emails of delivery date which was extremely fast and other information.
The only negative thing was using my Visa card I unfortunately also selected the Klarna purchasing method which confused me I put in my card details twice? I am really happy with my purchase.

Great bike & company. I've had the bike for 3yrs & it's required very few repairs/parts but when it has E-Go Bike Co have quickly, professionally sorted me out. They are very fast to respond to emails/phone messages, & fast to order kit if its needed.

In the spirit of honesty I want to explain my experience when purchasing the Lite+ & accessories.

Purchases:
I purchased a Lite+ with puncture proof tyres, a large seat, a bike rack& saddle bag.

Negative comment:
I do wish there were slightly more instructions, i accidentally damaged a nutt thinking it needed to be loosened, as I couldn’t loosen the handle bars. But this damaged caused was my fault.

Positive comments:
I can report I am very happy with everything. I did purchase the extra bits listed above after reading some reviews about the seat being hard and the puncture proof tyres are fairly cheap, so it’s worth the peice of mind. So far I can report the goods are great, the customer service was beyond good, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Glenn was extremely friendly and helpful, and delivered our bikes rather than send by courier. The bikes were already made up ready for use. Due to the weather and other commitments we have not been able to use them yet, but Glenn advised us if we have any questions in the future, we can always contact him.

I would give 100 stars for this Company!
I bought my bike from them this year.
The battery shorted and the bike wasn't useable.
I emailed Glenn from E-Go yesterday (22/10/24)
He said he would only be available tomorrow morning to look at the bike. That was fine and we agreed a visit today (23/10/24)
Sure enough he turned up at 0830 and fixed the battery unit.
What I didn't know is that he had travelled all the way from Kent (I live in Great Yarmouth). It took him about 2 hours 40 minutes!!
What outstanding service. A million percent recommend this Company

Great little bike and very easy to use.
My wife had not ridden for many years and this is perfect for our motorhome travels.

Excellent service, bike arrived within less than 24 hours of ordering it.

The bike is everthing it was described as and more.

Amazing company. Glenn is super helpful, goes above and beyond. We have bought 2 bikes from him. The ego lite new model and the older model. Really light compared to other electric folding ones.
We bought previously an Apollo pedal assist from Halfords which was great, apart from the folding catches coming loose while you are peddling and more cumbersome, harder to fold. As soon as we had the comparison we decided to sell it and exchange for one of these!

Also if you have long covid (which hubby and I both do!) - it’s a game changer- I can’t tell you how much joy we both get from being able to get out and about again.

Buying from this company was a hassle free experience, prompt responses to e-mail and generally a very positive experience - bike is good too 😁
