Pointless ordering

Got refunded after a week with no communication from egamer even after contacting them via email and social media. Obviously didn’t have the game I ordered or the company is going down seems every review is the same.

No order received still!

Ordered game on 3rd Jan. Still waiting for it to arrive. Emailed twice, heard nothing. Sent message on Instagram, heard nothing. No telephone number on website. Annoying. Have tracked order, says ordered, not shipped. I don’t mind things being delayed, it’s the lack of communication that winds me up. If I’d had a message just explaining, sorry order delayed, it wouldn’t be a problem but no communication at all is very frustrating! And no telephone number to call is also frustrating. I just want to speak to someone!

Ordered and paid for something-not received

Ordered and paid for something, didn’t receive anything. Waited a few days as was a code that was ment to be sent. Emailed and asked where it was, heard nothing back and then a few days later receive an email to say have been refunded with no explanation or reply to previous email. Refund is still not showing in account!!

We ordered a head set on the 28th ,it stated 5 days delivery. The money was taken the day we ordered but still no date for delivery.
We have emailed e gamer twice now and no reply.

But a satisfaction survey arrived today asking how well they did !
Completely Rubbish !

Steer Clear🛑

Order was placed however a few days passed with no updates. Emailed seller asking for an update with no response. Order was refunded with no communication. All a bit odd and I wouldn’t wast my time with this seller-shop.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Bought a game, it didn't come through. I messaged and was informed they would refund me as it was out of stock until the following day. I told them I didn't want the refund if it was the following day. They then told me the supplier had increased price....
If you walked into a shop and picked something up that was marked at a price, they wouldn't change price at the checkout, let alone chaise after you to take back the product and up the price. Shocking and unfair service.. never use these again. So unprofessional.
