Order placed on 7th April with an anticipated delivery date some three weeks ahead. It was delivered today after only nine days. Well done on that. I have not yet had a chance to try Waxtopia but I am sure it will live up to expectations.

My overall impression of the delivery of the product I ordered was good.
I ordered the Aquoxis High Pressure Water Gun on 2026-04-08 and received it 7 days later. I received several notifications of the impending delivery which I appreciated.
The package was well wrapped and arrived in excellent condition.
I have not had the opportunity to try the product yet but my first impression is good. It appears to be good quality. I am looking forward to trying it. Thank you.

I have no problem with the delivery; it was excellent.
The product Aquoxis's powerful water jet is name only a complete waste of money. How do I return this useless product. Not cheap, misleading claims. Feel cheated.

I recieved the 'powerful water jet' earlier than the time advise. Item looked nice in the packaging. As for the product it did disappoint, nothing like the advertised video. The force of water was no different to a normal hose pipe jet, very disapointed. Having contacted the company the reply came within a couple of days. With there apologies and offered a refund. Not a cheap product and didn’t live up to the video demonstration!! The company did listen and a refund was accepted

Can’t vouch for the product yet - but the delivery & packaging were first class!

Delivery has arrived properly, but the pressure of the waterjet does not meet my expectations by far. My old garden hose adapter isn't worse. I hope, i can return it.

Beware of offers at discounted prices and products not ordered being added to your order. When querying this company does not reply to you but tells the bank info to say all OK. I was not allowed to see this. Products arrived today even though I sent a message to cancel when I found out what they had one. Do not use this company.

I have just received the Aquoxis pressure washer and tried it out. What a disappointment to say the least!! The washer is worse than the cheap washer I bought from my local garden centre. I would not recommend this item to anybody . R. Cowen

Ordered the power washer on april 6 and it arrived on april 14 so no problem there. The packaging was secure with no damage . Happy so far.

Through no fault of royal mail I had to go to pick up my parcel from the depot. Royal Mail tried twice to deliver when I was at home. Package was secure and not excessive. Item seems good have yet to try it out.

Why was my order sent when I cancelled it 10 minuts after I placed the order through in the first place.

I have NOTreceived my package, yet you state that it had been delivered, this is not true. Pay pal have refunded my money, so do what you want with package. Normally a person would have to give their NIE etc, so where is proof of delivery. I will. NOT use this company again 🤔🤔🤔

delivery time confused said at post office on 7th did not arrive until 13th. Thought it was lost.

This is junk. I will be sending back. Does not fit hose.
I have been asking for a return address to no avail. They are ignoring me and I am stuck with a piece on f plastic junk I paid $80.00
I finally filed a claim with paypal. I HAD to send back this piece of junk to Hong Kong which cost me $31.00. I mailed it back just for the principle of ripping me off for 80.00. This same piece of plastic was sent to my son for free from TEMU..another piece of junk but at least it was free.

I was kept updated and appreciated the regular information giving me confidence, however tracking the item proved difficult as the app just said item not found everytime I put the tracking number in which was frustrating but fortunately the e mails kept me updated on the parcels location and it arrived earlier than expected so overall happy Thanks.

good delivery time in just about a week.excellent heater.it produces just as much if not more heat at 500watts than my present heater does at at 1000watts .and just as much if not more at the 1200watt setting than my present heater does at 2000 watts highly recommend.no sense of plastic toxins coming from it either ..perfect if you are sensitive to chemical odours...well pleased excellent item ..

My water hose pressure gun is frankly a pathetic item that bears no resemblance to the promotional video able to blast away grime/dirt more effectively than a bespoke pressure washer.
It is total crap - utterly useless and a complete waste of money.
What shameless individuals would stoop so low as to promote and market something so woefully unfit for its stated purpose!
Incidentally, it doesn't merit the one star but some rating is needed.
I am now told that an agent of the vendor will be in touch to address the issues - negligible to no hope of that given the entirely misleading product description.
The CMA should shut down such fraudulent promotions.
