Would give them 0 if I could. I've kept quiet for a long time but I would avoid signing up. The old version was not working properly, now I've changed the new one, I was promised that everything will work a lot better but these members of staff make too many errors. There is no relying on them. They don't communicate effectively and they are not diligent enough. Several times I met virtually to get the format and content of letter templates, receipts and invoices right and they still manage to mess them up as I've discovered today. For many months the integrated payment clearaccept hasn't been working properly and guess what, on changing to the new system a menber of staff again messed it up and it took the entire day to put it right....only to discover afterwards that none of the payments are showing up in my clearaccept account as confirmed. This is a mess! The letter templates also loose formatting on printing them or using print to pdf to create pdf files. I've been feeling all these months like a PAYING guinea pig. Even worse... They set my software up under someone else's company name - after all these months do they still not know their customers? I felt very much insulted. I can only say that I have not seen anything running smoothly and I would think twice signing a contract with them. Don't get blinded by all the functions the software seems to offer. They aren't well thought through and don't work as they should.
