This place is a scam. I made a purchase and they requested payment through Zelle. After the transaction was finished with Stephen Miguel stephonmiguel at gmail.com. He then said the shipment could not be made without aa restriction stamp. Which would be a $615 deposit and $515 returned after the item was delivered. I said no thank you I am not paying an additional $100 let alone fronting $615. He refused a refund. Going through the bank to see if I can claim fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

IT IS A SCAM. His name is Kyle Frazier and there are 2 phone numbers for them 724-278-3559 and 812-624-5589. The store has 2 names to which is odd…if you google e-cigaretteshop.com the page opens it is called Vape Shop. His email is distorted1 (at) gmail.com and he says he is in LA but the phone numbers are for PA and IN. He will send you a real invoice but after you send him money thru zelle he will say that you need to provide more money before he can ship your order to you. My job is taking down scum like him so I have nothing but time and resources to investigate this loser. I already found out he was charged for raping his 5 year old nephew so this guy is in an evil pervert too who needs to be in jail for that horrific act more than scamming people! Spread the word to stay away from e-cigaretteshop.com and Vape Shop!
