Late delivery super late and the color is not exact match even though it’s similar. I donot recommend them.

Cover material is very nice. The fit was just ok. I couldn’t tuck the seats around the plastic edge. No cut outs for the seat adjustments like lever and up down buttons. No cutout on the back head rests for the flip down buttons. Sort of confusing way to install them with strange elastic that doesn’t seem to go anywhere. I got 8 head rests so I guess they didn’t know which 4 to use. I also ripped a headrest just putting it on the passenger seat, ripped at a seam. Price is also $100 less now than what I paid.

Beware of this company. I ordered a " NAPPA leather "seat cover, paid $540 and was waiting a month for delivery. Before purchasing they reassured me that it is a genuine leather. They don't say that NAPPA it is a simply synthetic material!!! The cover seats are well made but not fit to size, too baggy. The customer service responded fast, They asking you to take a pictures and videos. After long discussion I received a full refund, but beware, they sell a man made material at high price.

Reply to DZX:Nappa leather is a high-quality, exceptionally soft, and pliable smooth-grain leather typically made from unsplit sheep, lamb, or cowhide.
Please state in your description: it is an artificial material.

Great quality workmanship. I actually had an issue with the logistics company that shipped the seat covers, however, the DZX customer service took care of it quickly. I will definitely be buying from them again.

not done with this company until I get my money back. Promised partial refunds, took months to arrive only to not fit the car in anyway. seat covers are useless and the wrong color and now need to file fraud repot with credit card company for false advertised goods. awful experience buy on amazon

DZX claimed that my seat covers were Genuine leather and Nappa leather and they were clearly constructed out of bonded leather and synthetic leather.

Nappa leather is not synonymous synthetic leather. The product description never mentioned synthetic leather:

Covers look great and feel just like original seats. Most of the covers fit. I had issues with the backseat side panels and center arm wrest. Reached out to them and they responded with a video tutorial that doesn’t show my specific car model and how to install it properly. Reached out again after and they didn’t respond. Other than the three covers everything else fit great!

Really good quality, it is a real leather product, has completely transformed how my car looks and feels. While delivery takes a while as these are fabricated on demand, communication from the DZX cover was great.

The size sent was wrong, though what I received appears to be of good quality. The eventual refund was as requested.

Good material. I love it! Looks like leather.

Never received order from early December

I never got the wheel cover. It was purchased in December.

Seat covers are amazing. A month wait was worth it. Could not find anything like these. Great job.
