I had some payment related questions that got answered after moving over to their help/faq page that was helpful and had the info I needed. Clear structure and easy to use.

Well designed operator that has built their site for speed. Everything loads instantly on both computer and mobile. Odds loads very fast as well.

They have multiple different types of limits that are easy to understand. I currently use the wagering limits which helps me keep control while I play.

Nice enough bingo section with chat that is moderated most hours of the day. Plenty of payment methods to choose from and the whole payment process has felt smooth.

I enjoyed their welcome offer and later I found my way to their sportsbook which has been great because of the football section that updates their odds frequently.

Do not buy from this website. I bought a sweater and it does not look like the photo. I had asked for a return authorization # and they told me they would only give me $5. This website is a scam!!!

As far as the item that I ordered, it was exactly as described and the quality actually exceeded my expectations - On the logistics side, tracking numbers that I was initially provided did not exist and it was worrisome that I would even get my order (it did eventually arrive) - Once the package got 'in-country', the tracking came back active and I was able to properly track its progress. Product Satisfaction - Positive; Shipping Satisfaction - Needs Improvement.

The shopping experience was fine. The quality, not really. I wanted to exchange, and they would only refund half the money and I am to keep 4 items that don't fit. My biggest problem is the site says that it made and shipped in the USA, no it is not! Will not use again....

I ordered and it took 2 months to receive my order. Their size chart is way off so my item didn't fit. I asked for a refund and was told that refunds were only on damaged items!! My item cost $54 and they offered me $8!!! Never again from this website!!!

I ordered 3 bathing suits I like everyone of them but they’re too small. I usually take a large and now I have to return them for an XL. They are well made and colorful.

Very honestly, I anticipated being disappointed, and assumed the colors were enhanced. All three blouses are absolutely gorgeous! They are a tiny bit small across chest, but not enough to return.
