A lovely, friendly young man called Sam Confrey came to replace our Honeywell 3 part valve on our immersion and clip the unsecured pipework. Sam called ahead to let us know when he would arrive and did a wonderful job, working efficiently and cleanly, and checking everything was in working order before leaving. I have homecare cover with british Gas.
They sent Dyno plumbing to fix the cistern on our toilet. The plumber said that he was going outside to call his boos and never returned.
He left our bathroom a mess. Toilet can no longer be used.
Called british gas and they pass us around to differnt department. They said that they would get a supervisor to call us back, but it never happens.

Steve came exactly when they said he would arrive and despite me worrying about access into our messy loft because we don’t have a loft ladder there were no issues at all and he fixed the problem within 20 minutes. I would recommend even without Homecare cover

Part of British Gas Home care East London branch owned by Dyno plumbing. Took 6 call outs to find a plumber that was able to fix the issue. Cancelled British Gas Homecare as they have no customer oversight between their subcontractor and apart from turning up on-time were consistently bad at actual plumbing & inexperienced. Called out in 2020 to 2022. Walk in and come up with excuses on why they cannot fix.... Worthless insurance.
NON PAYMENT
Be very aware of this company. My son left the company to move back home whilst suffering with personal problems and they’re refusing to pay him. He worked his backside off before he left, worked all hours on call out but they’re refusing to reply to him or pay him.
Legal help is being sought but please think about how they treat people before you book with them. He’s had no wages to live on and cannot pay his bills.
Dyno do not have a head office to call and discuss this so you end up having to go through dispatch and get nowhere. .. I think it’s disgusting that companies are allowed to do this and think they can get away with it.
Please use a respectful company that doesn’t treat employees appallingly, especially when they’re already struggling.
PLEASE DO NOT USE… I’d prefer to pay a company that isn’t so dodgy.

They turned up 4 hours later than agreed time, then informed us their engineer wasn't qualified to look at our cylinder so wouldn't even look at it. Rebooked for another 4 days time and they didn't even turn up!!

Prompt and competent engineer
First the engineer was prompt with an advance phone call to indicate his arrival. He had a real problem as the leak was behind the toilet basin with rusted screws to cut away in a tiny space. He tried a variety of techniques to solve the problem but eventually he needed to dismantle the tank and toilet basin to fix the problem.
He was professional in his approach and explained each difficulty as they appeared leaving us grateful to have had such a competent engineer to carry out such a difficult task.
Prompt Efficient and Friendly
I contacted British Gas who provide domestic repairs and maintenance cover for my house about a water leak form a toilet cistern. There was a booking available next day and Dyno Plumbing arrived early afternoon having phoned half an hour before. They were polite, friendly and efficient and the problem is fixed.

I thank you for your prompt assistant, with a leak on my outside tap at 10pm in the evening, thou lucky, I knew until next morning to turn off the full home mains, also you arrived on Saturday morning 8am prompt to fix/ new outside tap in the garden. I contacted British Gas Homecare for 2 différent problems: the 2 issues were quick repaired. On the 5 June 2023, the appointment day, the Engenior from Dyno Plumbing company contacted me and said is on his way 15 minutes before arriving; he was on time. I report that the wall under the boiler was dump. He quick recognised the problem of the Dump wall; he found out that the pipe of the boiler was floating, resulting on splashing water to the wall. He fixed it properly. Effectively no more dump on the wall. Thank u Dyno company
The second issue for another appointment was also quick assessed and repaired. Thanks again.
No show from Dyno Plumbing
I have a British Gas homecare agreement which included plumbing and drains cover. I arranged with British Gas for a repair to be done to two leaking taps in the downstairs toilet. The appointment was booked for Wednesday 24th May between 8am-6pm. I had a call in the morning of the 24th May from Dyno Plumbing who do the plumbing and drains cover work for British Gas to confirm the plumber will be visiting today between 8am - 6pm and that I would get a call from the plumber when he is on his way to my property. I then got a call at 4.30pm from Dyno plumbing to inform me they would have to cancel my appointment because the plumber had to attend an emergency appointment? I advised Dyno Plumbing this was not acceptable to be told at 4.30 pm they were cancelling my appointment as I had been waiting all day for them to arrive. I have complained to British Gas and cancelled my plumbing and drains cover with them and will be arranging for s local plumber to fix my taps instead.
