I had a very good service with the removal of squirrals from my loft. Mark Chambers, the technician, was prompt and efficient with placing traps in my loft to trap squirrals and coming back to collect dead squirrals in the traps for disposal. He provided a full treatment report and offered good advice.

Carpet/clothes moth and larvae treatment (spraying) provided by Mark. Very professional and helpful. Timely service. Reassurance and onward guidance provided.

We had a very bad mouse problem, and Dyno Pest inspected the property and closed up all the holes and ensured the mice didn’t return. Dyno Pest representative (Michael) was courteous and professional. I can’t recommend Dyno Pest enough.

Mark and Michael are expert in their field
They are at considerable risk up on the roof and higher to remove pigeon nests and repair old netting but go about their job efficiently and respectfully

Communication from the company was always quick and professional and the service provided with each site visit was outstanding. Mark and Simon were friendly and extremely expert in evicting our resident pigeons in a humane and safe way for the birds as well as effectively sorting the issue for ourselves.

Mark & Simon arrived on the dot at 7.30am, were respectful of the property, very polite and both conducted themselves extremely professionally throughout. The Pigeon spikes were affixed tidily and symmetrically and the job was completed to my complete satisfaction in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend.

Excellent work by Mark and Simon of Hawkeye on our Orpington property. They went the extra mile and kept me informed during the entire process of cleaning and installing anti pigeon mesh to solar panels.

I used Dyno Pest in Raynes Park (SW20) and from the first initial contact (with Jade) to the work being completed (by Mark and Marco), the service I received was superb; Professional, efficient and friendly. I recommend them very highly indeed.

We had a Seagull problem with a nest on our roof that ruined our summer with gulls ‘dive bombing’ whenever we went into the garden.
Mark came and surveyed our roof and produced a great report with recommendations to make our roof less appealing in the future for the gulls.
Today Mark and Chris have installed spikes on all ‘at risk’ locations. Arrived on time, worked efficiently and did a great job - both very pleasant - cleared up with no mess left behind.
Would recommend without any hesitation.

Mark came prompy at 7.30am as arranged. He was polite, professional and very helpful. He did the job efficiently (ridding pigeons from balcony) and was considerate and reassuring. Highly recommend Mark.

Mark and his mate (sorry I didn’t get his name) turned up promptly between 7:30 and 8:00am as promised. They did a brilliant job cleaning away the pigeon guano from my down pipes, gutter, window and paving.
Also put up galvanised netting and spikes to keep the pigeons away in the future.
Mark’s mate was particularly handy and fixed by drain cover and the latch on the garden gate. Amazing!!!

Great service. Very professional. Removed the birds from our loft and sealed it up, exactly as promised, and went above and beyond to ensure it was done properly. Very polite and courteous and did a great clean-up job to leave everything neat and tidy. All very easy, we were very pleased.

There were and still are bed bugs at a buy to let property I own. They offered a guarantee that they would get rid of them, later saying that we should though away beds and bedding before they carried out another treatment. That still didn’t work and the tenants were still being bitten! They are now saying the guarantee is not valid unless we rip up all the flooring and then they will do another treatment. Jade was just rude to me and spoke to me in a very condescending way. I feel so angry now. I will just have to do a money claim online. This has been going on for 6 months and has cost me a fortune in lost rental income and having to pay for alternative accommodation for tenants.

Their treatments and guarantee is not worth the paper it’s written on.

The control officer Mark was very neat and tidy and turned up on time during his visits.He also gave lots of information re what he was doing and went above and beyond the call of duty. A pleasure to do business with.
