We wanted to modernise and update our website. We went to Dynamic in the hope they would lead this project and inject fresh ideas for us as its not something we obviously deal in. The initial meeting went well and Ryan was very forthcoming with ideas. We paid our upfront deposit and from then on, we quickly realised this was not going to be as easy and straightforward as we had envisaged. There were no fresh ideas or input as to how the website should look. The entire process became painful. We were sent a very basic modernised version of our original website. The whole process was hugely frustrating as Ryan was always difficult to get hold of. Emails or phone calls were never returned. In fact, we still have an outstanding query with him that despite our phone calls and emails, we still have not resolved.
