Just avoid

Avoid if you're looking to buy product for your business/ company (bike) – on the store webpage doesn't state that they don't sell B2B, but in the address form they have a field asking for the company name, which is very confusing. When I asked the AI ​​bot on the store's website if I would receive a TVA/VAT invoice, it said yes, no problem. It just forgot to mention that without my company details, so is completely useless. Customer service responded with a smile, "Yes, we don't serve businesses." Never again, is not wort it.

Bad service

Bad service. Never got what i ordered. Says shipmentproblems are a thing of the costumer.
