I don’t know if I have come through to the correct department.
I’ve had my credit card statement and am disputing an entry-

Dyne Amsterdam No. 03153276302 £29.95
On that date I went online to Netflix to cancel my neighbour’s ( who has passed away) subscription and it requested a cancellation fee of £29.95 which I paid on my credit card.
I have since been in contact with Netflix to be told they do not charge a cancellation fee.
This appears to be scam which should be repaid to me.
I would be grateful for your reply asap

We send a registered letter to the company of which the subscription should be cancelled on behalf of our customers. Furthermore, if something is wrong with this cancellation we will contact the company for you. Therefore, there are costs involved. You are not obliged to cancel through us, it is just a service we provide. In order to be clear this is not a scam. We will help you kindly with your request via email, you can send us an email via support@dyme.app. When you send us an email, could you provide us with your full name according to the bank statement? No stars for this company. Tried this for a way while and even used their advice to look for a cheaper car insurance. They messed up my information that might result to me paying more and they're answer is: 'sorry, we are not being allowed to get information from the new insurance company to fix the mistake. Only you can call'. So basically they are forcing me to fix their mistake. Ridiculous service, if you can even call it that.

The Dyme team is amazing.
Dyme has helped me a lot to get to grip with my finances. Dyme is an app used to get control of your finances. Since I am autistic, this is something I've struggled with since I was young. On Dyme, Certain features are reserved for paying users, however. Since I struggle to make ends meet, I sent them an email asking if they could help me out. They responded within one day and gave me a free premium account. Now I have a nice organization of all my payments, and I can cancel any subscription I want with the press of a button . This shows exactly how dedicated and nice the Dyme team is. I just want to thank them with this review for everything this has done for me. I didn't expect this at all, but here I am.

A very useful app
A very useful app. I love how easy the app knows in which category my expenses fall and budgeting is easy. They even help you finding cheaper deals on some of your utility bills. Highly recommended.

Nice app, very easy to use. Customer service is very good too. They reply really quickly. Furthermore, The functionalities are amazing, I love how you can customize your categories. For someone who nearly always pays by card everywhere, it's very useful.

App itself is intuitive to use, easy integration with the bank.
I haven’t used it for a year to state, that I’ve saved 800eu, but I already see some areas where I could save and tighten my budget. Also, for a person who loves statistics, this app is a dream to analyse.

Brilliant app
Brilliant app, I'm a new freelancer and have yet to develop an income. Making Dyme premium free for those of us that can't afford it is not only an excellent initiative, but also genius marketing.

I did not have the money to buy gold to…
I did not have the money to buy gold to get the extra functionality, but I still got it by asking for it. The app is useless without the extra membership because my bank already does what Dyme does. Luckily I could get gold and get the useful extras. Without the membership I wouldn't recommend.
