I cannot give 0*. No real customer service, leaving random cards- no information who is it for or who is it from. Refused anything and switch off the chat when you want to complaint. Still dont know anything about the parcel coming to my address.
Received a text about a delivery but on a date I could not make. The text contained a link that did not work.
Now told it is too late to change….
I had a very poor experience with this delivery service. The drivers do not wait at the door at all, and even if you have a doorbell, they don’t bother to ring it. As a result, deliveries are often missed.

This company is a joke. My delivery apparently was attempted 3 times and calling cards were left.
No cards were left and people were at home on the second and third attempt. I rearranged the delivery address as my parents are always home. On the last two attempts someone was in at both addresses !
The live chat is the only way to contact these people and they don’t even say the same thing. Really not happy
Very poor first experience, two failed deliveries without reason - items tracked and them come 5pm no show no reason and asked go arrange a further reschedule
Promised call from the driver failed to materialise and the chat also closes at 5 so you can’t even get an answer
