Breach legislative laws, fraudulent, corrupt, bullies, liars, withhold information have rights of accessing, will threaten, silence, take away you legal/ human, safety/ medical mental and health rights, ignore medical professionals, see no named signed off emails and ignore serious injury outcomes. Will approved and have legal outcomes of agreements for claim costs - then not uphold them. WorkSafe Vic fail their duty of care to ensure their agencies follow: WorkSafe Victoria ensures agencies follow the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, requiring them to eliminate or reduce risks to health, safety, and welfare, as far as reasonably practicable. March 2020 to this day DXC continues to be negligent, cause further hardships, injuries and harm. All departments at DXC turn a blind eye and the person managing claim from technical management team answers all emails preventing anyone from assisting, has made defamatory claims and can show evidences to their claims - smear campaign because know rights.

They are not there to help and support you during difficult times. Staff tried to avoid replying and attending the calls, emails. They are just there to try any way to prove that all other medical professionals are wrong only their practice doctor is right. We shall stand together to report about this unprofessionalism and explain what they trying to do. How they trying their best to make give up. The company itself is situated there for name sake.

Not sure with do many bad reviews, they have been nothing but amazing to me , made my claim my life easier great people every time i deal with .

Absolutely appalling service from a government funded service that is not regulated hard enough.
From the very first interaction with the company it was clear they knew nothing about the system they work in and we're only interested in being paid.
If your case is assigned to the team you will want to request another company handle your claim,
Their service was almost as distressing as the 415v electric shock that forced me into their service. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

Not sure how people like this are allowed to operate. I started recording the phone calls with them to protect my legal rights and to proof their lies and I reported them to IRO and will go further if needed. They did nothing to get me back to work, more the complete opposite

This company has no concept of professionalism in recruitment. The rejection email is actually quite threatening and the fact that it was an agent in Bulgaria who replied with an obvious template suggests that they may be harvesting CVS. As I had worked previously at exactly what they were posting for - I suspect the company may be posting fake roles in areas where they are not operating

New staff every time you ask the same question. Lack of knowledge of their product. New staff every time you ring. New story every time you ring. Incompetence ++±+
They should not be handling workers compensation. People's lives are at stake. WorkSafe authority should be examining this company. Not competent to deal with People's lives.

I have reported this company to Workers’ Compensation Regulatory Services and encourage everyone to... they have breached the legislation, do not reply to correspondence at all and I am putting a ACCC report in on them as well

Terrible insurance company to deal with. 0/5 stars. They withhold payment and bounce you around between different claim managers and nothing ever gets resolved. They never call back and when you eventually speak to someone they lie and give false information. I have had to make numerous complaints and need to now seek legal advice as weeks and weeks have gone by and I have received nothing from them not even reimburse me for medical appointments I had to pay for. This company needs to go, how they treat injured workers is disgusting and pays a heavy toll on you physically and emotionally. I now need to seek legal help to recover my compensation that had been finalized in my favour months ago. 0/5 stars

I wish I could leave no stars. DXC staff are an insult to decent people. In my case, they couldn't care less about what I am suffering due to my ex-workplace breaking laws + lying whenever it suits them. All these disgusting staff are employed to do is to deny claims to save money. It's just a cruel + damaging game to this company. They cause you extreme stress in addition to the damage you are already enduring whilst granting you no credibility at all. In addition to all of this, they've delayed so long that I've had to pay for ongoing required medical documentation in the interim but at the same time go without recommended treatment which might help me a little due to not being able to afford the cost. I'm SO GLAD that I've paid taxes forever + that my first Workcover claim is being disregarded. Well CEO - here's a few more for you ... $$$. They should permanently shut their doors.

A total disgrace this company is, why WorkSafe allows them to continue operating is beyond me, I've had 3 spinal surgeries and have had to fight tooth and nail, always rejecting surgeons requests leaving me on the wall in agony have ruined my life with the stress they cause, im writing this from a hospital bed waiting on surgery which they still haven't approved even knowing I've been bed ridden here for 2 weeks since being rushed to er. Disgusting and cruel treatment of injured Australians. Shame on you!

If I could give zero stars, I would. One star is still way too many. I have been let down by my employer and DXC. It is my belief they have colluded with each other and purposely withheld information regarding my claim, including my original claim application and almost 3 months worth of Cert. of Capacity. A blatant breach of work cover law.
DXC have acted in a completely unscrupulous and dishonest way. Their independent investigator was corrupt and sought only to smear my reputation and interviewed none of the relevant witnesses.
DXC have blatantly called me a liar and are also accusing me of faking my injury even though I have many doctors reports including DXC’s own independent medical examiner confirming my injury.
DXC has got to be the worst company in the universe to deal with. Expect no support or understanding from anyone at DXC. Be prepared to wait for many weeks or even months for them to complete any of the processes you may be entitled to. Also be prepared to be called a liar, faker, extortionist or defrauder. In particular, expect your sanity, mental health to suffer greatly.
