I have been with DX3webs for six years. As a not-for-profit network, we had a distinct range of needs and services. Right from the start, Andy and the team were superb in listening to what we were trying to do, making suggestions and ensuring we had everything we needed.
Customer support was always responsive, quick, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and, as we were not exactly tech literate, walking us carefully through any fixes and problems we encountered along the way.
The servers and the accounts were intuitive to use and easy to run. We never experienced anything they couldn't fix or advise us on how we could do it better.
Alas, our network has had to close. We achieved wonderful things and that was in no small part to the excellent help, service and support we received from DX3webs. A huge 'thank you' for everything you have done.
