Received text message with live…

Received text message with live tracking, parcel was then delivered exactly on time .
The two drivers were very pleasant and helpful.
Drivers were Kieran and Christian, good representation of company.

Worst service ever had!

If I could give no stars I would! I did actually receive the item however the driver making sexist comments about myself and women and how only men could lift the item. I did in fact manage with the item. Tried to complain the dx and left with no response. When carrying the item in the stairs doorway the driver wouldn't even let me get up the stairs pushing the item to the point I fell on the stairs to which he was more unhappy I took up his time! He was rude! Condescending, sexist. He asked questions he didn't need to know the answer to then making comments under his breath thinking I couldn't hear him! I will actively try and not buy from companies that use DX again after this!

Parcel bot delivered aganever arrived in text gave me…

Parcel bot delivered again text gave me a 2 hour window nothing I'm self employed and this is materials for a job so I've lost income waiting and probably won't receive at all like the last time I will have to go back to supplier and ask for refund and shop elsewhere that uses a different courier service I don't know how a company can survive with such poor service lack of communication and customer care

Ikea Delivery

Ikea Delivery. Rang the day before to say they would be with us 0720. Rang 20 mins before to update and arrived exactly when we were told they would and we are not easy to find. Very friendly staff.

If l could have given no stars l would…

If l could have given no stars l would have.
Told me they had delivered my parcel and was signed by me. Funny thing was l was not in and my door camera showed no one had been.
So l tried to contact them phone number takes you round in a circle so l tried online chat was left waiting ages for a response so gave up.
I then contacted the company l ordered my parcel from they could not have been more helpful they traced it to a house 1/4 of a mile away with no similarity to my address so my tip is give this company a wide birth.
Also have had no response from the cowboys.

Unbelievably poor courier service

I would give zero stars but couldn’t to carry on! Supposed to deliver last Thursday 26th September, nothing came. Then should have come Friday, yep, you guessed no delivery. Then was told it would come today, Monday 30th September between one and three pm. We have roadworks going on at the moment with a clear diversion to our property. At 3:10 I saw the DX truck at the bottom of our road, only 3 door away, I put my coat and shoes on and ran down to the end of the road and he was gone!! I contacted the item supplier who said they’d just received a photo from the driver showing the road closed, only for fifty metres with access both ends, basically he could not be bothered to make the delivery. If he’d have walked three doors up and knock I could have helped him carry our chair up to our house, unbelievable!! This driver should be disciplined, absolutely shocking lack of service.

It arrived.

I can only go on my experience with DX. Initially when I read the reviews prior to delivery, I thought, "Will my item arrive?"
Luckily, it did. This is my 1st experience that I can recall with them. Had they delivered on weekends, it would've arrived sooner. Package intact, and arrived when supposed to.

Failed delivery for 40th birthday gift…

Was supposed to deliver package on 28th Sept.

10.30pm 28 Sept still not recieved.

Gift for special birthday but now impossible to buy replacement gift for the birthday girls special day.

Totally unacceptable and thank you for ruining our daughters 40th birthday.

Not sure why I am leaving his review cos reading the others I guess DX couldn't care less

Sorry you wasn't in on 27th August 24 at 15.17 to accept you parcel.
I was at my home and my cameras showed nobody came to my property so I phoned DX and they said the driver couldn't find my house in cwmbran.
So I asked if the driver was in the area and I could collect my parcel as I really needed it today bearing in mind this is at 15.30 they tell me Sorry he is at the depot in Bristol 30 mile drive in 13 minutes I don't think so
If they were just honest I wouldn't be writing this review shocking company.

No contact at all about delivery

No contact at all about delivery, and don't be fooled, they say you can live track but you can't. The government seriously need to regulate these cowboys, but they won't because they don't care ether.
Item did arrive, but for me I need a time window or live tracking, even better, driver could ring half hour before delivery like most do.

I wouldn’t even rate them a one star! Absolutely disgusting people and company attitude stinks through my parcel against the wall bear in mind this is a £3000 electric mountain bike. I have pictures of when the box left Maidstone in mint condition when it arrived at my home the box looked like it had been run over multiple times! All you get off customer service is well we are sorry but our drivers are under pressure!! Haha next joke they don’t know the meaning of pressure! I will never ever use you again! I rate all of this a NO STAR! Northampton depot you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!! Idiotic people I’ll make sure I send you the damage bill to my bike though 👌

Messed up the delivery of my passport. …

I applied for my passport renewal through VFS at London. Waited 5 weeks for the delivery of my passport which is suppose to arrive at 3 weeks time . Then came to know that Dx messed up my delivery. When contacted them, after several exchanges through emails and online chat facility , they finally replied by saying that they sent the passport back to sender. Their office and call center only works on week days and only between 8 to 6. Had only 2 options to choose from VFS either to collect passport directly from their office or order a redelivery through this company. Obviously chose the first option. Went to VFS office at London for the collection of passport. This is such an unreliable courier service, there was absolutely no contact from them during any stages of delivery, not even a text message or email regarding the delivery, eventhough I was given my address and phone number correctly on the parcel cover. Checked the track history and it said they made 2 attempts to deliver and a calling card was left at my house, which is a blatant lie. They are not dealing the delivery of these important documents with any kind of seriousness. Will not recommend their service, if you don't want to deal with hurt and disappointment please choose other better options such as DHL, Royal Mail or Amazon.

Won't waste my time writing a long one , as millions of people said already how awful they are ! Its a fact ! 2 days in a raw , waiting for my delivery, got rubbish messages from them saying it couldn't be delivered at specific time , when apparently he been outside of my property , checked my camera, he weren't even here at those times . Completely useless

Delivery arrived and driver handed it me, then said he needed to take a picture of it. Was unable to take a picture on his handset - said it didn’t seem to be working properly, then said it was saying he couldn’t deliver it to me and he didn’t know why. Took the parcel back and advised I ring customer service. Got a text message saying I was not in for my delivery! Rang company - automated line unable to speak to anyone - only option to rearrange delivery. Let’s hope they manage to deliver next time. Complete incompetence!

Can't even do a simple job

Been waiting 3 times for a delivery. Arranged to be in each time and tracked the delivery online. Gets near my house then the status changed to failed delivery and card left . Not had any cards left. Today when the delivery was due,I when outside to wait for it and yet again the status changed to failed. Unable to contact anyone at DX to speak to and no response from the website. Really poor service. Ended up speaking to the supplier who managed to get hold of a photo of the attempted delivery and surprise surprise it wasn't even my house. By the way I live on a main road and every other company can deliver no problem. If you can't do a simple job like take this parcel to this address then you shouldn't be in business and as for your carbon footprint I dread to think if it takes so many times to do one delivery. Not only did I rearrange my day off to be in to take the delivery,I have had to take more time off(unpaid) to wait for you to continue to fall. If any supplies are reading this, don't use DX as their rubbish service may affect your business. Not even worth a 1 star review

Absolutely ridiculous and…

Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional ,
My passport supposed to be delivered but not delivered on time.
Got message in morning 8am that it will delivered from 14.12 to 16.12 and got message around 11 am that your item is delivered at 10.34 am
Emailed for 2 days even didn’t get a reply.
Called DX around 16.00 and depo said the driver couldn’t visit today.
They will reschedule tomorrow.
This wasted my 2 entire days and tomorrow again not sure.
