Excellent job done from start to finish. The showroom staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy. We ordered 9 windows and a front door which were very reasonably priced.
The window fitters Ian and Craig were friendly and polite. They arrived on time, worked very hard, then made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left. We will definitely be using DW Windows again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Had a kitchen door replaced and it was done in no time! Matt was so friendly and helpful and really knows his stuff. Would have no worries in returning to DW Windows for further purchases! They have great prices too!

DW Windows fitted me a Rockdoor 3 years ago. It's been fine, except in the last month or so there was an intermittent fault with the lock.

I put a call in, but cancelled since the fault went away as I didn't want to waste their time...but the MD insisted on coming out anyway, replaced the lock for free and spent 30 minutes realigning the door and helping me understand how to maintain it.

Outstanding customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had our living room window fitted 9 years ago by DW Windows which is still going strong. When we decided to have 7 windows replaced we didn't hesitate to contact them again. All stages of the process were clearly explained and we received several courtesy reminders. On the day of fitting the fitters (Chris and Brett) arrived on time and fitted all 7 windows in around 6 hours. They were done to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this company and would use their services again as some time in the future we are looking at getting our doors replaced

We had all of our windows, doors and a lounge window transformed into French doors completed.
Our experience has been excellent from the first visit at the showroom to the final installation, the whole team were very helpful with all queries throughout the process and made us feel at ease. The fitters did an absolutely amazing job and we are extremely happy with the end result, definitely recommend them.

The whole process was easy.

Very pleased with the service provided by DW Windows throughout my contract with them to supply and fit two replacement exterior doors to my property. ‘Gaz’ did the survey and answered fully all of my questions. Daniel & Victoria installed the new doors in a thoroughly professional manner and without fuss - took away the original doors / fittings and left no mess whatsoever…..very pleased with the product and the service.

Helpful, friendly staff from start to finish. We spent time looking at our options in the show room and were helped to design the door for us. The surveyor was able to advise us and we changed a few details at this point. The fitter worked hard to install our door with care and attention. All in all an excellent service and we are delighted with our door.

I had two solid Rock Doors installed in anthracite grey and a new kitchen window. I must say they look amazing and we are extremely pleased with the end product. The quality is of a very high standard and the installation lads (Chris and Brett) did an excellent professional job.
We had a fantastic deal on the doors that ran throughout July so I must also thank Rachel our sales representative for selling us the deal. Rachel also kept us fully informed throughout and was very knowledgeable on the products - so thanks DW Windows, highly recommended.

I cannot emphasise enough how refreshing it was to deal with an honest and professional company like DW Windows.
No stupid sales gimmicks, just an honest and fair price quoted. Excellent recommendations while quoting that I felt benefited us and was not just a ploy to get sales or make more money.
I was kept informed at all times on progress of order and the installation day went really well.
Every team member I met was a pleasure to deal with.
I would not hesitate to recommend DW Windows or use them again and we are extremely pleased with the new windows and the service.

Amazing!!from start to finish customer service was great, Aron was very helpful with choosing my new front door there were so many to choose from lol and especially Matt the fitter has done an amazing job even cleaned up after himself which he didn’t need do..!!im very happy 😊 all around a top job well done guys keep up the good work 👏 will definitely be back soon for my other door.

I can see your company pride themselves on reviews and get a lot of work from recommendations.
On having a door fitted which i had a minor problem with but was rectified and the was done to a good standard.
My daughter then a few years later decided to have a front door and rear barn door fitted by dw windows on my recomendation.
I am now embarrassed, your company have now been out to this rear barn door 5 times by different fitters the frames been back out back in ,adjusted,levelled and is still not shutting properly .Time off work stress and let's not forget these doors are not cheep.
And final straw for me is that the front door is not locking properly .
As I said previously recommended dw windows but you have not got this one right.
They have no idea I have put in this review and I am sorry to spoil your mostly good work and positive feedback but you have let yourselves down badly on this one and I will probably get told by my daughter for putting in this review but the work was done on my recommendation so I have to take some responsibility.
Unfortunately once you recommend any company to do any work the quality that you end up with is totaly in there hands even though I ended up with a good experience.

I was looking to upgrade my double glazing to the next stage, living in a bungalow with the bedrooms on the front sound insulation was of prime importance so I was advised triple glazing was the ideal solution which would also benefit
heat retention and condensation.
So DW Windows Replaced all of my main windows, From start to finish the process was
Seamless and well organised always on time and
Easy. I found the office staff were very helpful and
The fitting crew made an excellent job of installing
the window units even cleaning up afterwards.
Since having the windows installed I have received admirable comments from my neighbours and are very pleased with the upgraded performance no more traffic sounds
and superior heat retention.
The upgrade was worth every penny I spent

Company I highly Recommend for peace of mind.

The workmanship was great, the work men were all really respectful & tidy workers. Our porch is awesome the only thing I would say is the communication between all parts of the company is not good
