If you choose DW Windows you will be allocated a dedicated Surveyor as a 1st point of contact during your installation. Also a dedicated aftersales team will look after you once your project is complete. Our workmanship, materials (including the glass units) and labour are provided with a full 10-year, insurance backed guarantee.

I am shocked to see so many positive reviews. We had doors installed long time ago and complained about one component of the doors. They stated this is normal and there is no issue. No replacement of component etc. and service was very rude maybe because we are not uk born

You are not a happy person are you?? You have posted plenty of 1* reviews over many company Trustpilot sites and we are your latest target. I doubt that you are even a customer of ours and while you disguise yourself under a fake profile, I guess we will never know. So you post a review from a false name called “not important who I am” and suggest that we are treating you poorly because you are not uk born? It is despicable that you could make such a baseless claim. Slating a company and giving a 1* review just because we maybe said no to you? Fantastic job
Just had 8 windows and 3 doors fitted last week. Could not be happier with them. The quality is superb. From initial enquiry to completion was seamless. The salesman Aaron was not pushy and very helpful. The surveyor very knowledgeable and ensured everything would be fitted perfectly. Special mention to the fitters Chris and Brett who were hardworking, professional and kept everything clean. I would not hesitate to recommend.

The front door and canopy they fitted…
The front door and canopy they fitted was fine, but the workmen that I had well what can I say, the one actually blocked my toilet and never said a word to me. Only found out when I went to my down stairs toilet to use it that it was blocked, only to be told it would be fixed the next day, when coming back from work to find that the toilet was still not unblocked but they had flooded my down toilet and utility by flushing the toilet multiple times, but then to try and mop the water up with my towels I have in my utility and leave on the floor.
After complaining a few times they finally paid for a plumber to come out and unblock my toilet.
Then I was given a finished picture of my canopy with white brackets only to be told that they are wooden and I will have to paint them myself, so that was another complaint and finally they did come out and painted my brackets, when you are paying over £7000 pound for work to be done you expect it to be finished, and not a half finished job

Hi Ruth, thank you for taking time out to provide a review. I am very sorry that the toilet was blocked during our installation, we took full responsibility for this and paid all associated plumbing costs. We have learned from our mistake and can assure you that the person in question who was responsible for this has been retrained. As for the gallows brackets, these are always provided wooden and unpainted as per our terms and conditions so that you are able to either stain or paint them a colour of your choosing. I am sorry that this contract term was not pointed out to you in a more clearer way. Once you complained about this despite it not being part of your contract, costing or promise to you we duly painted them at our own cost. This was not planned in your £7000 quote. When you complained about the workmanship and requested a site visit, the Managing Director attended personally to discuss this however you were not there. He was however satisfied that aside from the toilet problem you experienced, (which we are extremely sorry about) the installation is of a great standard and as we promised. Once again we are sorry about plumbing issue however disappointed that this incident earned us a 1* review for the whole installation. I hope you are as pleased as we are with the overall transformation of your property and the beautiful new Composite door, Canopy and Spotlights you now have. Thank you again for choosing DW Windows.

Although the lock was broken on one of the doors the company made every effort to correct the situation & even came out after their day finished to put a new lock in the door, it was a manufacturing issue not an installing one
